Our stay here at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul was one of the most amazing stays ever from the beauty of the property to the cleanliness and the amazing amazing staff that made our stay the absolutely amazing stay it was! The care and love from everyone there was just amazing! Anytime we are back in Istanbul, We will be staying here. I can’t say enough good things about this place and everyone who works there. From the moment we entered we were given so much attention and care and respect from the moment we left. I want to thank everyone for making our stay so amazing. We will be back soon. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Istanbul when you are visiting!

Best Ritz I have been in recently. The Ritz rooms seem a little dated but they upgraded us to Nobu side. Our room and the staff made this property amazing!

Not worth the money. Sub par food and service. The first night we had dinner at Limore - their Italian restaurant. My husband ordered the mushroom and cheese pizza AND THERE WAS A BUG IN IT. What's worse - Not only did they not comp our meal, they tried to CHARGE US FOR THE HALF EATEN BUG INFESTED FOOD. The breakfast is 45€ pp, and is so BASIC and tasteless. The hummus had no flavour, the vegan options for three days in a row was baked beans, cold stiff toast and a runny tasteless avocado puree. I had to risk the non vegan options just to have some food to eat. Service is super slow even though a lot of the staff and the floor manager can be seen crowded around the service station, chatting and laughing. I ordered room service for lunch one day and they didn't bother bringing it to us till we called to follow up. The positives - rooms are roomy and comfortable, but cost a BOMB to upgrade; the spa is very good we had the hamam and the two women who hamamed us were very good. It is expensive - €313 for hamam and a sheet mask at the end. Nobu was good too but people can smoke inside the restaurant where you are eating and the 'plant based' section of the menu is not vegan as some dishes have butter in them. This is the third country where we've stayed at the Ritz, after Singapore and China, and Istanbul is the worst. Not up to standard at all, not worth the money. My advice? Stay at the Marmara instead.
