No geral, OK. O Wifi não funcionou bem, para quem está a trabalho e precisa trabalhar do quarto é um problema. Ainda mais que meu 3G também não estava legal ali na região. Quarto simples, funcional, limpo. Café da manhã bom. Boa localização. Eu ficaria novamente para uma viagem deste tipo.

Diz que é 3 estrelas e não passa de 1...

Hotel vende a imagem de um 3 estrelas, mais não passa de 1, ninguém espera luxo em um low cost, mas por 300 a diária espera-se um minino. Hotel não tem serviço de camareira, não tem travesseiro, tv 14 polegadas de tubo não funciona, ar condicionado ruim, não é um hotel de business pois no quarto não tem mesa de trabalho e nem tomada para carregar celular ou notebook, sol e barulho desde cedo, e se não basta isso Ainda o atendimento deixa a desejar, atendimento péssimo, fui pedir um travesseiro porque o que tinha estava mais para uma flanela e o cara riu da minha cara, desconfortável, atendimento ruim e sujo acredito que define esse "hotel". Pra melhorar o café da manhã segue o padrão americano, pouca opção e demora de reposição.

Não forneciam toalhas de rosto; as toalhas de banho, por duas vezes, tiveram que ser retiradas na recepção; sem telefone no aptº para comunicação com a recepção; demora de quase 50 minutos para conseguir um secador de cabelos junto à recepção. As louças do banheiro muito velhas e com rachaduras. O café da manhã estava bom, mas havia muita demora na reposição dos alimentos.

Hotel medíocre

Uma péssima experiência. O quarto mau iluminado com uma vista para umas áreas de quintal com entulhos nos fundos e mau cheiro. Ao abrir a janela dava de frente para a lavanderia do hotel na qual as camareiras começavam a trabalhar as 06:00hs da manhã e iam noite adentro, perturbando nosso descando, tanto pela manhã como à noite. Descobri que paguei muito mais que meus amigos pagaram pelo mesmo tipo de quarto e pelo mesmo período de estadia. Estou convencido de que não farei mais nenhuma reserva com Hotéis.com em virtude da experiência vivida em Indaial-SC. Hotel de muito baixa categoria, tendo que aceitar em virtude da alta temporada na região devido a Oktocber Fest em Blumenau.
