O quarto era bastante apertado. Travesseiros eram ruins. Café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar. Fora essas questões, achei ok pelo preço que paguei (fiquei apenas uma noite na metade de uma viagem longa). Na volta, já não valeria a pena, pois a diária apareceu com quase 4x o valor.

A pousada tem ótimos quartos. O ambiente da piscina é otimo. Café da manhã ok, nada demais. O problema está na recepção e no atendimento. Nunca fica ninguém e quando vc liga dos quartos p lá ninguém atende. Sâo inflexíveis também. Paguei late checkout por pura inflexibilidade.

Destaco a beleza da pousada, que proporciona um ambiente agradável e convidativo aos hóspedes. A estética bem cuidada contribui positivamente para a experiência geral. Os quartos demonstraram um padrão elevado de limpeza, refletindo o compromisso da equipe em manter um ambiente higiênico e confortável para os hóspedes. Áreas de Melhoria: Café da Manhã: Infelizmente, a experiência no café da manhã foi muito abaixo das expectativas. Os alimentos possuiam pouca variedade e estavam expostos sem o devido cuidado, resultando em uma preocupação com a higiene. A presença de mosquitos é uma questão séria que impacta negativamente a qualidade da refeição. A manutenção inadequada de equipamentos como a torradeira, micro-ondas e sanduicheira foi observada. A presença de sujeira em tais utensílios pode afetar a percepção da qualidade e higiene dos serviços oferecidos. A pousada possui elementos encantadores, mas a experiência do café da manhã requer atenção imediata.
