Holiday home on the outskirts of Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.

This house with private pool relies on incredible sea views. Located on the Tropical Coast of Granada and decorated in the most exquisite Andalusian style, this holiday home provides the quietness that you deserve. Here, you will spend your holiday in full peace and accompanied by a panorama that you won't forget easily.

The house sleeps six, and it's provided with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower, for the whole family to feel comfortable during their stay.

Inside, the rustic style and wooden details make this house extremely welcoming. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with one double bed and, in the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds.

The double-height dining-living room features three comfortable sofas, where you can have a siesta, a brick-built fireplace and a dining table. Besides, the living room shares space with the fully-equipped open kitchen, from which it's separated by a precious brick-built arch and a breakfast bar. Another bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the holiday home.

The dining-living room opens onto the outdoor area of the holiday home. As soon as you get out, you will find a fabulous chill-out area. A few steps further, in the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the house's cherry on the pie, i.e. the most fantastic sea views that you can think of. You will rejoice in them while having your meals in the pergola, equipped with a lovely, tile-decorated table; or while you refresh in the private pool or prepare delicious specialities on the BBQ. Another porch with seating areas, a few sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal so that you will enjoy your holidays in the best way possible.

The access to the house is possible via a 2.6-km paved lane. The road is mountainous, therefore narrow and steep.
