枕に髪の毛がついており、フロントへ電話した所、「只今お持ちします。」と言って部屋に来て、「枕カバー持ってきました。」で終わった。謝罪ひとつしない。フロントへいった際、「謝らないんですね。」と言ったら、「謝りました。」との事。呆れてしまいました。
