We showed up and our room was not clean. There was a razor in the tub, used towels, garbage on the night stands. The staff there (Mary) went above and beyond to make it right. They comped us breakfast, got the room sparkling, and when we came back there were new beanies on the bed for us. We booked an accessible room and our room was not accessible so you may need to double check that. It was so cold that the pool froze over. As a Wyoming local the “resort fee” is a joke. Everything there is over priced. The cost of the cowboy coaster has gone up significantly since the last time we were there. $45 per person now. You can pay $75 for the scenic gondola but only one trip. There used to be local discounts but not anymore I guess. Unless you are snowboarding or Skiing there, you can stay at other places closer to the square for cheaper.

It all started with the front counter staff, they will walk over you and not greet you. Then my credit card was put in another person’s room and it was being charged daily, $600, $500. The staff clueless until I finally got a good manager who was able to help me. Not worth the stress.

Staff wa friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, and luxury robes. The hotel location is ski in/out and located near the activity center. The hotel front desk stores ski equipment and the restauant had excellent pepperoni flat bread and martinis. Parking was never an issue and pool/hot tub were easily accessible apre ski. The main lobby is currently under renovation but the noise was never an issue.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. It wasn’t quite on par with last year’s stay. Both years we stayed in December. We understand it was sold and has new ownership. (We love the new black color that the resort was painted! Very nice looking!) There was also renovations being done which closed off part of the hotel. There wasn’t clear communication on which ski runs were open and the time that some excursions closed. Overall our experience was still pleasant and we would still recommend this hotel to others for the location, the activities offered and the overall experience. We are curious what will be different next year when we plan to stay again!

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at the Snow King Resort. The staff were so nice they spoke every time we walked past them at the front desk,in hallways or even the elevator. Our room was spotless and we had a beautiful view of the snow king mountain. We at in the onsite restaurant Hayden’s serval times and it was wonderful as well.
