It was clean and okay but the power outlets were really bad in my room (very loose) and I was a little worried about using them. Also nothing close and walking anywhere wasn't an option being so close to the highway.

The MOST terrible stay experience EVER! We booked two nights at this hotel and at the second night we got back the room, we found leftover breakfast in the trash bin that didn’t belong to us, which really made us shocked and felt unsafe because at that day we put the do not disturbed sign on the door, but someone entered the room without permission or notifying us and left the food there while we were out. We talked to the manager about this when we checked out in the next day, she declined to check the camera in the lobby which can show that we didn’t have breakfast at that day to prove that the leftover food in our room wasn’t from us. At the same time we also said we could provide pictures as another proof, but she avoided having a look at it. Although the hotel switched the room and offered a $50 refund for what happened, we didn’t accept it because we don’t think the safety and privacy issues are solved. The hotel didn’t even give an apology for this! What’s worse was that they didn’t even try to actively solve the issue. The manager kept saying that she trusted her employees while all of them said they didn’t enter our room, but having no evidence for that, which was really ridiculous. The poor and unprofessional service attitude really made us mad and uncomfortable. If this could happen on us, it could happen on every customer! Safety is definitely the most important thing for a hotel, but this hotel made us feel unsafe, mentally tortured and offended. Don’t come!!!

The only thing I don’t like is we as far away from the desk as possible. I wash clothes and needed to walk the length of the building several times. My husband and I are both mildly handicapped so a closer room would have been nice. They didn’t have a handicapped room available. Everybody was very nice. Breakfast was great.

Very close to Jackson Hole so we could do activities there and then get out of the crowd and quickly drive to Driggs to spend the night here. Morning breakfast was convenient and tasty. Lovely dining area. The pool is quite nice. Staff was accommodating to get us an early check in as we had to get to Jackson and wouldn’t return until quite late. We loved our stay here and are likely to return for another stay! PS., much better $$$ deal to stay in Driggs than in Jackson!!

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, the breakfast was poor (couldn't eat the "eggs" and drink coffee) one of the worst compared to other hotels/motels.

The hotel is fine for the price. However, the location is terrible, way too far away from my desired location. In facet I was looking for a place in near Jackson WY. This is an hour away thru mountain roads in another state. It also inconveniented for my trip home.

Nothing wrong with the place and nothing outstanding besides the location. Solid average hotel. I’ll probably return as the price was fair. While they had the right amount of breakfast offerings for a place like this, you can tell they use carton eggs, and most options were either sugary or highly processed. It will be fine for most people.

The hotel service is excellent. I added a rollover bed 1.5 hours before during the “pre-checkin” and it was already in my room when I arrived. The hotel is dated but it is clean. My room is on the 2nd floor and it seems only accessible through stairs. There are 2 buildings and they are only connected through the 1st floor. Didn’t pay much attention when the staff told me where my room is and I spent some time finding my room. Other than that, it was a nice stay during my Yellowstone trip. Good service and clean hotel room. Got some good rest before the adventure in Yellowstone.
