The hotel room was big, but has a certain “vintage charm” (read: old and outdated). Breakfast was good, and the staff tending it were nice. The front desk answered all our questions… with just enough attitude to make us feel like we should have known everything about the hotel before even arriving. We spoke with three different people, and each seemed a little too practiced at looking like they’d rather be anywhere else. The location was great, and we would stay here again just for that convenience.

Our room was extremely well remodeled, quiet and clean. The proximity to the airport was a short ride with our rental car. The complimentary breakfast and its staff was great. We were overall very happy with our stay. The only thing that I didn’t like was the staff by the name of Wen who argued with me about the defective hairdryer that I had taken to the front desk earlier. The guy at the desk was very friendly and told me that he would have to get a new one out of storage. I told him there was no rush and would pick up the replacement at the desk later. Then about 20 minutes later, a staff member named Wen showed up at our room with the same defective dryer telling me that she didn’t find anything wrong with it….told me not once but twice! Needless to say, I was astounded, but managed to kept my cool. I ended up telling her that I didn’t want that dryer back and would pick up a replacement at the desk later, which was exactly what I had already told the friendly male clerk when I dropped off it off. Anyway, after my husband and I got back to our room, there was a new dryer in our room. My suggestion is the owner needs to tell Wen not to argue with a 61 year old woman that has used hairdryers many more years than she has even been born.

Great location, clean room, good breakfast. Loved the heated tile floors in the bathroom. My kids used the pool and they said it was actually warm, unlike most hotel pools. If I were to find something to critique, it might be that there’s not enough seating at breakfast. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay in Jackson

We were very happy with all aspects of the stay. The hotel’s location is great -very easy to walk into town and drive to the Park. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as late afternoon cookies were great treats. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Jackson .

Three words: Heated Bathroom Floor. The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. The team working from the cleaning crew, breakfast group, front desk, etc were all absolutely wonderful. Every team member was hardworking with amazing attention to detail. We found this place to be a good blend of a clean hotel without all the extra “fluff” in the best way. It was exceptionally close to everything as well. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookies were a great touch.

The Rockwell Inn was the perfect stay for my family trip to Jackson. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had convenient parking. This was one of top favorites on our honeymoon. We only stayed one night but its very clean and beautiful. The only complaint we had was the parking lot was readlly fill and and we had to park far from our room.
