This hotel needs to be shutdown. It was by far the worst experience ever mold and mildew in the rooms. Dirty walls, dirty bed covers, dirty headboard's, dirty mirrors, hair on toilet that wasn’t mine. Room doors broken, dog poop on floor in room.

Ty is the Diamond in the rough. I was there for 5 nights and my room was only made up once and the other night housekeeping was gone, so I was given sheets so that “””I””” could change the bedding. I reported other concerns and asked for a monetary compensation, and to this date I still haven’t heard from the property management.

The first room that was given to me was occupied. The second was on the floor where when you got off the elevator the fan was louder than the interstate traffic. The room looked nothing like the pics. The towels were hard, had holes and had hair in them. The sheets had knots in them and holes. I choose this place bc the Wyndham name was on it but was definitely NOT a Wyndham! I won’t be returning

The front desk personal was top notch had a small problem and she accommodated us right away no problem no fuss. Pleasantly surprised at the service. You didn't have to pull a tooth to get towels or good service. Pool was clean and for the price it was a safe and secure hotel
