It was very clean, conveniently located next to a Mexican restaurant, staff is amazing. Very close to shopping, theaters, and all around easy going place.
The toilet flush doesnât work. After asking for a fix, they suggested removing the tank cover and using it manually by using a rope. I stayed there for 2 nights couldnât able to use the toilet.

I booked a room with double beds, but when I got to the hotel to check in, I ended up with a room with 1 king bed. The room had towels that looked like someone had shaved and left hair all over the towels, the refrigerator was really dirty in the inside, and the countertops needed to be sanitized. I wasn't comfortable in this room at all. The travel sized hotel soap was open, and looked as if someone had used it.
I was traveling on the road so I had to call Hotels.com to find a hotel for me. I asked several times was this hotel rated at least good and she started the it was highly recommended so I think it is good....but NO.
Everything was Dusty, even the clothes hangers and coffee maker. Hair was embedded in the towels...it just wasn't what Im use to. Very disappointing. However the bed was comfortable.
I didn't get a chance to stay because they had sold my rooms and the one room they had available had a broken lock. They had us waiting for an hour just to tell us this disappointing news for rooms we had already paid for.
It was a little weekend get away to take my kids swimming. I booked 2 queens beds but the beds looked like 2 full size beds. I watched them clean the rooms but not once did I see Comforters on the cart(I watched for 2 days) which made me think they only changed the sheets but not the Comforters. One of the truck drivers had a trailer that must have had cattle in it before he made it to the hotel because it had a horrible smell which made it a little difficult to enjoy our time at the pool. Other than that our stay was good. The lady at the front desk and the young guy in the office were very friendly n helpful!
If you make a reservation and get there past midnight, they refuse service! AND you wont get refunded. I would never recommend EconoLodge since they could care less about their customers, therefore causing my family to sleep in their car! Awful experience and Expedia isn't helping with the matter.
It's an Econo Lodge what more can you expect other than just an average room. Was there for only a few hours, and was better then going into Jackson to one of their cheap rooms, (hourly) rooms. So if you want more than a 2 or 3 star you wouldn't stay at an Econo Lodge anywherem
Upon arrival the desk clerk was very unfriendly and ride. There was a male in he lobby sitting around. After checking in I began to drive around the parking lot and could not locate anywhere to park as well as there were several men sitting in their vehicles all over the parking lot pretty late in the evening. As a Female this was concerning. I pulled back under the check-I'm area and advised of the parking situation and was I couldn't park there and the desk clerk and male began pointing out parking spots in other business' parking area. With a brand new vehicle and this environment I left and called Expedia immediately who spoke
To them and a refund was REFUSED. WILL NEVER FO THERE AGAIN AND AND YET TO GET MY MONEY BACK. TERRIBLE.
my key didn't work on the 2nd day, had to go to office and the person tried to blame it on someone in training, but she was the one that checked me in...when maids cleaned my room the didn't clean out the coffee pot...no blow dryers in room....the breakfast was lousy......the pool was dirty
