Our first room was filthy, but the desk staff was wonderful and they graciously moved us to another room. We were next-door to a toddler who ran back-and-forth and screamed until late at night. I think housekeeping could do a better job but overall our stay was fine.

Well they never put out scrambled eggs they put grits out once and sausage was hard in the incasing they kept or warmer i guess you would call it
