Absolutely no smoking/vaping/ loud parties...$500, No outdoor wood burning fires, please use the gas firepit, No burning candles indoors/outdoors.
No furniture moving, damages the floors. You will be charged for damage and rearrangement of furniture. Please put back all outdoor furniture moved.
