The staff were wonderful. We had a late check in, but were still greeted warmly and checked in quickly. After checking out the next day and traveling about twenty minutes down the road, we discovered we were missing a crossbody bag. We returned to the motel and found it safe and secure with a staff member. The staff truly care about their guests.
First when I checked in the gentleman that assisted was helpful, when I got to my room the tv did not work but when he came to the room he had another person with him whom advised this is a non smoking room I told her I was aware and that we had just checked in I was made to feel as though I was the one smoking will never return.
The lobby to check in had a very much oily smell. Clerk was short and offered no guidance. Room was nice w clean sheets and towels, microwave, ref, and tv.
The Spot next door had good food as well as the Subway.
Chose this location for convenience. Secured the stay through Hotels.com. On arrival, there was an issue with the cost of stay. It appeared they were requesting additional money. Hotels.com support rectified the situation. Language barrier was probably the main issue. The stay was adequate, no more.
It was a bed and shower in the town I needed to be in for work that is all its good for. When I requested receipts they said "online booking no receipt". Not planning on using again for work
