Front desk manager, Ms. Walker, was not friendly at all. Seemed like she would be irritated if you asked a question. Had a broken office chair in the room and had to ask multiple times before it was replaced. Room was "ok" but not the best representation for a Marriott hotel. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were pleasant. Front desk staff, so-so. Main elevator had issues as well. Would not recommend this location at all. Between frosty hotel manager, sub-par amenities and run down looking property, a big NO. multiple times for

Room wasn’t ready for about a hour after check in time. Check in staff was nonchalant about the situation. The fireplace could not be turned off and the regular heating system was set at 75 degrees tops. That caused the living area to overheat and the bedroom not to get any heat from the fireplace or the regular heating system. The furniture was worn out and really need replacing. The early morning staff was much more professional.
