Excellent house

We were drawn to this property given its abundant bedrooms and large, open common space kitchen and dinning area. There is a lot of sleeping space, especially on the second floor. Plenty of bathrooms and showers, too. Host was attentive to our messages. Check in and check out process were quick and painless. Would book again!

Family wedding stay

Our family stayed here for our son’s wedding in Jackson. This was a fantastic space for our wedding weekend. All 12 adults and 1 infant had a place to sleep and lots of bathrooms. The home has a pack and play for the baby. The large kitchen was well stocked. The open floor plan and large table allowed us to eat meals together. The yard was great for grilling and football. The home is right off a highway with nearby a grocery store. There is nice park within walking distance with a walking path. Plenty of parking. Cons- squeeky beds and stairs, the twin sofa beds are just large couches without bedding and do not pull out/open up, and communication with host could have been better. There was no bedding tor the pack and play. The house alarm went off at check in so we texted and called the host. It took a while to get a response, but they were able to take care of it within about a half hour. The host said there was bedding for the pack and play in the closet, but we could not find any. We considered the cons minor and highly recommend this wonderful home.

Peaceful in the City

This is a perfect place to rent for multiple families to gather to support family during a difficult time. Plenty of space and room to chill out after a long emotional day.The deer in the back yard was a bonus. And loved to watch them in the morning with our coffee or tea.

Beautifup and Spacious

The house is gorgeous!! And so big. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The dining room and extra table in the adjoining room were great for eating and playing board games. The arcade games kept the kiddos (and adults) entertained. We didnt receive checking instructions, so i had to reach out. And there was some trouble with the alarm when we arrived. But otherwise, it was the perfect stay!

Awesome Mini FamilY get away with Minor Issues

Jessica and Chris were awesome and made us feel very comfortable! However there were a few concerns upon arrival: 1. Master Bed had ants in it
..(Chris came over almost immediately and gave us fresh bed sheets) 2. Ant/ Insects throughout the entire house. (Contacted Jessica she stated that the house had been exterminated just recently).. 3. Trash cans weren’t emptied causing us to surround the trash cans with - with our trash from the weekend. 4. Arcade game #2 was broken; screen didn’t display picture 5. Purchased Damage insurance at beginning of the process of booking trip! Was charged $1,500 on top of $59 for the actual insurance
.When called Vrbo and Host nobody could rectify the issue but only say i would have the money back in my account by March 10th - I have been waiting now Three weeks for the charge to be released
..Vrbo stated Host had the ability to refund the $1,500 but host states she couldn’t
.Please be mindful of all charges prior to booking reservation at this property Minus the Begs and Filled trash cans, overall this was a very nice house with lots of space and accommodations around us such as a grocery store, family dollar, and subway

Big spacious rental home

Nice older home, spacious, lots of beds for all family. Decorated nice. Air conditioning. Nice hot showers. Lots of parking for rental cars. Very pleasant stay, entire family enjoyed it.

Beautiful, Spacious home that is family friendly

Communication with the host was very quick. We encountered only a few issues upon arrival...the remote to the master bedroom fan was missing, the garbage disposal did not work, and a couple chairs in the kitchen were wobbly.. There was not a check-in/check-out binder for the home, but luckily we are seasoned VRBOers so we knew what to do, or at least what most Host like. The home is very beautiful and spacious. We made many memories in the beautiful open kitchen and enjoyed some time on the back patio. The yard is HUGE!! If the owners continue to VRBO this home, it may be nice to add some features to the patio (awning, gas grill, patio set, possible a hot tub and/or above ground pool, and some outdoor games). It would definitely attract vacationers. There is ample sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms. If you are up early enough, you can even see deer in the front and back yard. It was cool to watch them jump the fence to get in the yard. We were there for a function, but it would be nice to have a binder describing the area, suggestions for restaurants, hikes, groceries, entertainment, etc. We did find a great paddleboard location not too far from the house!! It was a first for most and they loved it. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!! Thank you

Nice place in Jackson

We stayed with 2 other couples while attending a wedding. The house is huge with a very well equipped kitchen and large dining/gathering area. Lots of extra rooms to spread out to. Even had a meeting room. Bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. They had window air conditioners that worked well and were quiet. Most bathrooms had been recently renovated. One is a bit odd with two shower/toilet enclosures but certainly functional. It’s an old house with some interesting quirks but you can tell that the owner took care to renovate with quality materials. All of the tech worked fine. The property is huge with a very deep back yard. Neighborhood is a mix of homes and churches/ businesses. Owner was very communicative. This place would be great for a large family or even a group retreat. Only negatives: the place had a bit of an old house smell when we arrived. It was fine after opening windows and we bought a few candles at the grocery down the street. The exterior looked like it had lots of potential but grass was really high, shrubs and mulch areas weren’t recently touched and porches/sidewalks needed swept. Also there was some junk out back. We did enjoy our stay. It was a nice weather weekend so wish the grounds had been more inviting. Would recommend this place.

This home was excellent for my group. It was very spacious and clean. There was a very nice patio for relaxing at night and had a grocery store conveniently located just up the street. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms!
