First off starting with the staff, they were very pleasant and professional and made sure we could call on them should we need anything. As far as the property and the rooms, they are way outdated , old, not fresh, very aged. I mean we were comfortable but not as comfortable as we were at other Radisson properties. The tv's are like 24" and the cable didnt work, just scrambled screen. Counter in bathroom is all chipped up. Bed was ahhhh alright i guess. Im just saying if im paying over 100.00 per night, i expect much more and modern. This has nothing to do with the staff, they are dealing with what they have. Radisson needs to get in gear with modifications because their name represents a higher class than they are presenting. Ty staff for all your efforts !

Staff was excellent and hard working. The facility elevator broke. I had to walk 3 flights of stairs to my room. The area in and around the hotel is seedy. Open air drug dealing not ideal for families.

The room itself was comfortable and located close to amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint we had was the loud music coming from the building in front of the hotel. Easy check in and check out.

Dirty, damp and loud!!!

Took forever to get checked in, room was extremely damp and you could tell it has had moisture problems on the ceiling, walls and baseboards. Walls were either stained or dirty. Bathroom didn’t feel as clean and it should be and the exhaust fan didn’t work. Our room was right next to the outdoor pool and they allowed to people to party and play loud music out there way past the times the pool was supposed to close. Oh and it’s right next to the on ramp for the interstate so you hear all the vehicles accelerating on to it.

We stay on Friday 3/5-6/2025. First hotel is not worth $200 per night tax. Hotel is old. Rug is horrible specially in room. I had to take my allergy meds due to cough that started when I stepped into hotel. There is a peculiar smell. Parking is limited. Breakfast layout was not good. Their rate should be less. I do not recommend this hotel.
