We had a great stay here. The location of this condo is perfect for easy pool and beach access. It's so nice to be on the main level and makes transporting stuff to and from the beach very easy. Our kids also loved being so close to the pier and our boys spent lots of time fishing. The place was very clean and we were super impressed with the management company. They called us before our visit to check in and went above and beyond to look out for something we left behind. Their communication was fantastic. It was our first visit to Amelia Island but we would definitely return.

Everything about this room was wonderful!!!! I will say that you may need to get the exterminator in there soon. There were a few small roaches that seen and were able to exterminate them ourselves. I am would love to book this room again for our vacation next July!

Amazed!

Our stay at this condo was awesome. We did not expect all of the amenities—maybe because we were rushing to find a place that was very close to where we were having our yearly fall festivals and did not check the amenities. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and included all of the necessary items. The property manager gave us the necessary information and we did not have to go back and forth with questions. We were amazed and very comfortable at this home. Thank you all who made it possible and comfortable!

Great place showing some wear and tear.

The property is in a terrific location. As pictured the complex pool is just a few steps from the patio. The beach access is not much further....merely a few more steps. The beach is super with a wide strand of soft white sand even at high tide. While the pictures are fairly accurate, the property is showing more wear than is revealed on the listing. Upholstered furniture and carpet could be cleaned. The patio is a bit cluttered by the overflowing bin of beach chairs and toys. The building exterior is showing some age. And the parking is tight. The kitchen was well stocked although some of the contents were overlooked by the cleaners. Well furnished. A great starter kit of supplies. Comfortable bed. Little noise disturbance from the pool or neighbors. Updated bathrooms. In the afternoon, the building blocks the sun providing shade into the evenings...making the pool and all outdoor space to the building's rear cool and comfortable even in the July heat. I would recommend but would also like to see a little more cleaning done.

Little Kept Secret

We love coming to Amelia By The Sea! This unit in particular was beautifully updated and had plenty of space for our family plus some sleep overs with our friends. Loved that the kitchen already had spices etc and we didn't have to buy every single thing just to be able to cook a meal right when we arrived as well!

Perfect Weekend Family Getaway

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Ground floor and direct pool access made it perfect for everyone. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked for us to make meals. The men love to fish so the private pier is a plus. We will definitely be back again.

Everything was great, except for the people above us who were doing some renovations. There was ,for most of the time, the sound of a drill on the floors or walls, making it impossible to watch TV . We informed the people who rented to us. They were very kind and we were able to obtain a free night, though this did not really help.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The layout was great, kitchen had everything we needed, beds and couches were very comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We intentionally chose this one over higher up units because it was on the first floor and we liked the idea of being able to walk right off of the balcony to the pool and ocean. We were so glad we did as we really enjoyed being able to easily go back and forth. The patio furniture was great - I enjoyed sitting out there every morning looking at the ocean while having a cup of coffee and getting some emails done before the kids got up. We had a glitch when we got there as the entry code didn't work but the property manager answered the phone after hours and gave us a different code. They were very communicative during our time there and made it clear we could call them for anything which was appreciated. The private fishing pier provided hours of fun for my 16 year old son in particular. For us, it would be worth staying at this complex again just for that. The drive to the Fernandina Beach district with all the shops and restaurants was only about 10-12 minutes. The owners provided beach towels and beach chairs which was a nice added bonus. My only complain, and it's a very minor one, was that the carpet in the master bedroom was kind of dirty and had several stains - nothing that would keep me from staying here again. We absolutely loved this condo and would stay here again if we go back go Amelia Island.

We loved the location and the security of this condo. The grounds were very nice and having the fishing pier was very nice for my hubby. The condo was neat and had everything we needed.
