I love the over night staff worker she was pleasant. But after checking in and getting to my room the room had a bad smell the tub was filthy. it smelled like piss I will not be coming back to this location

Easy check in. Friendly office staff. Room was in the 200 building. Unfortunately, 1:36 am rolled around and 6 people returned from the bar to their room which was next to us. They slammed every drawer there was. They finally calmed down at 2:15. At 2:40 am there was someone bashing on their door let me in, she says. I belong here too, she says. They let her in and they proceeded to party until 5 am. We tried calling the office but the room phone didn’t work. We tried calling the main number but they wouldn’t pick up, it just hung up on me. We emailed the hotel directly, twice, explaining what we were dealing with. We had an appointment at 8:45 so we were gone by 8. There were five wet and dirty towels outside of their room along with a bag of food. I called the office at 9, when they opened, and explained our horrible night and asked if we could be moved. She asked if this was such and such room and I said it is. I explained I don’t want to cause trouble and just want to know if we could be moved. They had already moved our room. They read our emails at 6 am and wanted to help us then but also didn’t want to intrude too early. I went back to the hotel at 9;15 and picked up our keys. In the meantime they called the sheriff’s department and asked them to be removed because they were refusing to leave. Upon the deputy arriving they promptly left. I say all of this so you know that staff took care of us. They went above and beyond which made the rest of our stay great!!
Not worth the money at ALL. The best thing in the room was the new appliances. The carpet need cleaning or replaced, the shower had a dip in it that a roach drowned in, shower head had so much grim on it surprised the water came out. Mold on the chair and wall BUT the ladies at the front were very nice and friendly.
I booked these rooms for some employees. The bathrooms and sheets were so dirty in one room, the employees had to notify staff immediately. They changed rooms for us, but the second room was only marginally better. When clean sheets were requested, staff stated the sheets can not be changed mid stay unless the stay exceeds 14 days despite the complaint was regarding the initial condition of the sheets. My employee slept in his car as a result for the extent of the stay since he could not return home.
I will not stay nor have my employees stay at this hotel again.
They place another hundred dollars on a card after already paying online, no reason other than to try and keep it later on some ridiculous claim. Place obviously not kept up well and the people around the place only lend a thought that you or your belongings are not safe while there.
