Clean and cozy house close to beach

Our family enjoyed this house. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect. Enjoyed riding the included bikes to the beach and restaurant areas. We had fun in the backyard enjoying our dinner and firepit afterward. Close to everything you need yet far enough away for peace and relaxation. Sara was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Couples golf tournament

Sara was a wonderful host and communication was great. We were 3 couples traveling for the Players Championship at Sawgrass so enjoyed the location. Easy walk to the beach and drive to the tournament. We really enjoyed the backyard and firepit at night. Beds were very comfortable! We will be back!

Family Summer Vacay

The decor of the home was beautiful and everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. The home was very spacious for our family of six, and it had everything we needed for the beach! Great home for family vacay

Great location to explore all that Jacksonville has to offer. We spent more time playing outside than staying in but enjoyed having a nice, clean, comfortable place to rest at night. Owner was super kind and responsive with fantastic food recommendations. Bikes were a huge perk for our family. Used them every day! Jacksonville Beach was a hit with golfing nearby, surf lessons, biking and plenty of relaxing on the beach. Highly recommend this spot. Beautiful home!

What a great experience

House is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The chocolates you set out were huge hit with my 9 year old twins. Everything is close by and convenient. The owner was a delight. Super friendly and was available any time if I had a question. Check in and check out was a breeze. I will definitely rebook next year for my Jacksonville trip.

Home away from home

This property definitely gave us a “home away from home” vibe! The decor was gorgeous and homey. There were so many amenities that made it as much fun to stay in the house as it did to be at the nearby beach! Our host promptly responded to our questions and offered helpful recommendations for local spots that would appeal to our family. The design of the home was ideal for spending time together- inside and outside- as a group, yet bedrooms were comfortable and pleasing for anyone who wanted to get away from the group and have some alone time. We would highly recommend this location!

The description that you see online is exactly what you can expect. Sara was the best host. She was attentive from the time I booked til the time I checked out. The house decor is simply beautiful. The location is perfect, centrally located to everything. The bikes are a plus. I can't wait to come back and stay again.

Perfect stay!

Great property! Plenty of room and super clean and updated! Communication with the owner was always prompt and easy. While we didn’t get to enjoy much of the beach accommodations due to weather- there was everything you would need for a great beach visit. We did use the bicycles which we managed to squeeze in between rain. Overall We enjoyed our stay inside and out!

Definitely a Beach Getaway

If you are looking to reconnect with friends, family and disconnect from the work world. THIS HOUSE IS IT! It felt more like being at a home instead of a vacation house. Just to confirm, YES, there is only 1 TV in the house. It's in the living room. Larger sofa is needed. Very hard to gather in a small space for 6 people. In the living room were uncomfortable metal chairs. Internet 5 and 5G was very slow. The Ring cameras all around the outside of the home didn't bother me. Communication through owner was great. We didn't use the bikes. Food in the area was AWESOME. Like north camp fish and Jax Brunch Haus. Please have grass cut for the next guest.

The location and the amenities were perfect. My daughter wanted to spend her birthday weekend with friends, close to the beach and a fire pit for s’mores. Communication was great, when there was a question, Sara answered within the hour. I would come again.

Boys golf retreat.

A friend reunion to gather and play some golf. This was a great place to make it happen! House was fully accommodating for 4 retired men. Close to lots to eat and beaches. Best part was, so many golf courses to choose from within a few mins away!

Simple yet adorable

We have never stayed in Jacksonville, so didn’t know the area, but the home was centrally located. Close to beach access, food, coffee, and many shopping centers. The home had just what you needed and not too much excess fluff. The bikes were a plus for the teens! The kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook family dinners and sit outback at the nice teak table and enjoy our time together. The house is on a somewhat busy road but the owners thought of that - there was a sound machine in the room to help with any street noise. The decor was cute, chic! Owners were great at communication!

We had a wonderful trip to Jacksonville Beach! This home was very clean and had super cute decor. We really appreciated the hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness. This was our first Vrbo experience, an impromptu visit to Florida to get a break from the snow at home. From the time I booked the home, Sara was in constant communication with me, answering all of our questions we had. When we arrived the home looked absolutely beautiful, very beach house vibe, which was exactly what we were looking for. A very short drive distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. We traveled pretty far, so having the amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, volleyball and soccer balls, sun block a cooler, and bikes! The kitchen had all the daily appliances we use and was nice and big, and also has a grill, the bathrooms were big and clean, very comfortable beds, lots of closet space. The house was beautifully decorated as well. The WiFi worked great! After staying here I don’t think we will ever do a hotel again. When we come back to JAX beach we will definitely be staying here. If I could give over 5 stars I would. The host were so accommodating with some of our last min adjustments to our trip. Thanks again! We truly felt at home !

So many great extras!

Check in was so easy and the host went out of her way to ensure our stay was wonderful. Great extra touches throughout the home. Each bedroom has a work space that was perfect for working on the road. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Very well decorated, we loved the outside space. So close to the beach!! We enjoyed many of the recommendations left by the host. Beds were very comfortable and having laundry was a bonus. It is on a busy road so you do have some road noise however ceiling fans and the noise machines are really helpful. Well kept home, very clean! It was wonderful to have laundry soup, dish soap, shampoo, hair dryer, just so many items your often have to take with you. Convenient located to so many awesome things to do and great restaurants! Wonderful hosts!!
