When we arrived at the property it had not been cleaned in between guest. We were greeted right inside the front door with dirty bed sheets and towels. The bathrooms were dirty along with the house.We spent the first 5 hours of our vacation doing laundry and cleaning the house. We tried to contact our property manager for 24 hours and had zero luck getting them to pick up the phone or even return a text message.BUT, we contacted EVOLVE and talked to Chasity. After multiple emails that included 17 pictures of the dirty house, she secured a significant refund for us and was so very kind to us. She followed up multiple times to see how we were doing.The day before we were to leave, Clint the home owner showed up to see how we were doing, to clean the house, to apologize for our experience. Clint made sure moving forward that no other guest would experience what we did. Clint was so very kind and nice to us. Our stay did not start off well, but, it ended so much better and we are very thankful for Clint and Chasity.
