Well, we thought we were going to be at the Hyatt Regency in downtown but turned out we booked the other Hyatt colder to home and in an area full of restaurants and shops. The room is nice, big and feels and looks clean!! We had a nice stay! We would do it again!!! Saw more of Jacksonville, very nice!!
