Everything was comfortable and kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed to host a small dinner for family in town. Everything was seamless, and the fenced in yard was also very secure for the dogs.

Beach Cottage Apt.

It is very safe, clean, comfortable and perfect location for us. We had everything necessary to enjoy our winter week end. We visited breweries enjoyed the Christmas decorations in Atlantic and Neptune towns and walked the beach every day. I cooked dinner all three nights without a hitch. First floor was ideal with our dog to go outside in the enclosed back yard. There are no sand spurs in their grass.

Great place to relax

My 80 year old mother, adult cousin, and I stayed at the lovely seas the day. We came for the Players tournament. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and the beds were also comfortable. It’s also a short drive to St Augustine. I only wish we had had more time as we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Convenient 2-bedroom rental near Jax Beach

This Jax Beach property is close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, drugstores, etc. Everything you need is within walking distance or 5-10 minutes drive. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding to Atlantic Beach (north) and to St. Augustine (south) on lightly traveled mostly residential roads. Conveniently, we stored our bikes in the secure (locked) garage which also has laundry appliances. Furnishings are comfortable, not stylish. Kitchen is functional but needs more dishes and utensils. This is a downstairs unit. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We made suggestions to the host regarding a few minor maintenance issues that need attention.

Very nice stay. The property was perfect for our needs.

My wife and sister-in-law and I stayed for three nights. We are in our late 70s and 80s. It suited us perfectly. The upper unit was occupied but there was no problem with noise. Everything was very quiet, and we had a very restful visit. Thanks so much.

Everything was good until the up stairs neighbors got too loud, in the wired hrs of the night and about 10 to 12 and 4 to 6am was not happy, it was loud and stopping like a fight but it was just them being loud ,overall close to the beach and safe location

Everything was conveniently located. The house was very clean.

Drive down from NC and was able to check in late. Was able to walk to the beach. The weather was great and it was so good to be able to get away real quick and enjoy myself. Will definitely be back

Great stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The king bed was the best ever for sleeping. The laundry was great along with the location of the property. It didn't take my husband long to spot the Dairy Queen - he's a sucker for a blizzard. If we return to the Jacksonville area, we would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic find!

Perfectly situated to the beach and many restaurants. So cute and the perfect location for the two of us and our puppies. The fenced in backyard was the ideal spot for a glass of wine after a stunning day at what could be the best beaches we've ever visited. We will be back!!!

Great stay at Seas the Day-lower

Seas the Day-lower is a great property in Jax Beach. Communication and check in is easy directly with the owner and by key codes given through email. No need to stop by an off property office for keys. Everything is just as pictured and very comfortable. The fenced in back yard and reasonable pet fee add to the 5 star review of this property!

Great Beach House

My husband and I (and our dogs) stayed at Seas The Day over the Thanksgiving holiday. It's a great house with a great location - just a couple of blocks off the beach. The house was clean and well-appointed - it looks just like the pictures on the listing. We stayed in the bottom part of the duplex. 2 comfortable beds and 1 bath and great air conditioning! The yard is completely fenced so it was perfect for the dogs. There is also a great deck on top of the garage that is quite lovely. Would stay here again!
