We were a group of 9 women, coming to say a ceremonial goodbye to a dear friend. We anticipated sitting on the beautiful and ample furniture on the beautiful outdoor patio. It was the reason we selected the house. We were sorely disappointed to find the backyard furniture had been removed and replaced - due to a storm - according to the property managers - but the photos had not been updated. So be forewarned, the backyard photos are no longer accurate. I will post photos of the actual backyard. We were told the house is for sale so the backyard furniture may not be replaced any time soon. Otherwise, the home has a beautiful downstairs - appears renovated - with a great kitchen, comfortable living room (although not enough seating for 9 women) and a nice downstairs king suite and on-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have small divan couches that are advertised as additional sleeping. These couches are not adequate sleeping for grown adults - they would be fine for a child to sleep on. Communication with the property managers was hit and miss. A few communications went unanswered. However, when we expressed disappointment in the back yard situation, the property managers were appropriately apologetic and offered to make up for it by offering a partial credit for our stay, and allowing for a late check out. This was sufficient for us - however, we still have not seen the partial credit, despite following up with messages asking about it.
