The highlight of the home is the oversized corner balcony, offering one of the best views in the building—perfect for enjoying sunrises, ocean breezes, and relaxing evenings.

Upon arrival, guests are provided with a starter supply of:

Quantities vary and are intended for the first few days. Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. Pantry items such as coffee, filters, salt, and pepper may be available but are not guaranteed.

Fantastic Location- perfect place!

We are 40 year old college friends, looking for a peaceful fun weekend with beach views, pool, and good food. The location is perfect, quiet, and beach view is wonderful. The condo is clean, neat, well furnished, and perfect for staying in or going out! There were enough kitchen utensils to stay in and cook, hair dryers, straighteners- everything. Trish communicated so well with us and was a joy to workout any issues with. Highly recommend the beach and this condo. Not only was the condo perfect for the girls weekend, it would be perfect for a family as well. If I ever am back in Amelia Island, I will definitely stay here again!

Class Reunion

Two of my best friends accompanied me to celebrate our 45th class reunion. I wanted a place with three bedrooms and bathroom that would accommodate with at least full beds not twin. This condo had all of this a more. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. It’s perfect for a girls trip or family getaway. We felt very secure and Trisha was absolutely amazing and she was personable and helpful. I will definitely come back to enjoy again.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This property is absolutely fabulous. Exceeded my expectations. The location is great and very accessible to pool and beach. The weather didn’t cooperate very well because of high winds but the property is great. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Place. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The balcony was key since we could send the kids to the pool and still watch them from the shaded balcony. We were sad to leave.

Great condo. We stayed here in preparation for our son’s wedding at the Ritz Golf Club. Amazing views off the balcony. We had one little hiccup with clogging sinks but it was addressed and taken care of same day. Would recommend!

A wonderful first trip to Amelia. The condo is perfectly located and though a bit dated was very clean and incredible view from second floor balcony. Surprised by lack of ice maker but quickly adjusted to emptying ice trays! Also the window from master overlooking beach was in need of cleaning but too heavy for me to raise. Will certainly want to come back
