My goodness what a beautiful home! The 4 of us 1970s college gal pals spent 3 wonderful nights. The house has first class furnishings, beds, bathrooms, linens, and all amenities. The kitchen was lovely with all appliances, coffee maker and coffee. The balcony overlooking the path to the beach was our favorite spot to chat and get caught up.Adele was more than prompt in replying to our few questions.

Wonderful house! Accurate listing. Everything was clean and well organized, and the house provided everything we needed for a long weekend stay (beach towels, beach chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, coffee starter kit, welcome basket, etc.). The decor was tasteful and classy. Check-out instructions were short and simple (vs. so many rental houses that ask guests to complete a long list of chores prior to leaving). Though somewhat pricey, you get what you pay for, and this house does not disappoint. Communication with the owner was great. This is the second time family members have stayed at this property, and we all hope to return.Our family has been coming to Amelia Island for over 40 years. We have stayed at numerous condos on Amelia Island Parkway, which we've enjoyed, but we all agree that this house was a step up in terms of proximity to the beach and special touches throughout. A pool might be nice for young children, but who needs that when you have such a great beach! (One thing to note...there is a drop off/ledge where at the high tide line. For someone with mobility issues, this might be a concern. Otherwise, this is a fantastic beach, perfect for walking/running/biking.)Harris Teeter and Walmart are located nearby. Downtown is a short drive away. We recommend Salty Pelican, Arte Pizza, and Timoti's Seafood Shack (and Fantastic Fudge for ice cream)!

This is a beautiful oceanfront property that is well equipped and very comfortable! We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a week’s stay and enjoyed it very much! We enjoyed walking on the beach in the mornings and all of Adele’s recommendations of restaurants.Two nice porches to sit on to enjoy the ocean breezes! Perfectly Situated to Downtown and Private Beach

Perfectly situated and good sized home for family vacation! The check in was extremely easy and did not require coordinating with owner to pick up keys. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with local favorite snacks, bottle of champagne and handwritten note with food recommendations which was a nice touch. The house is on the more private side of the beach where no cars are allowed; making it a quiet family oasis. Yet, the house is close to the Main Street area and all the fine dining options. Strongly considering staying again next year.

Wonderful cozy house with incredible views

This is a wonderful house! Cozy 4 br, 2 ba house with great common spaces and amazing views. The house is exactly as pictured. It is incredibly well appointed, with every single thing we needed to feel comfortable. We have rented more than 30 different houses, and have never had such wonderful communication from a host. From special little touches here and there, to clear communication throughout, this felt more like a boutique hotel experience than a rental investment property. Potential renters should be aware that the upstairs bathroom is right off of the common area - so anyone needing more privacy should plan to stay downstairs (which has another large bedroom with a beautiful ocean view). Overall a fantastic house, with beautiful views and a great location. Highly recommended - we will be back!!

An Incredible Beach Getaway

We had the most amazing experience at “I’ll Be a Beach”! The house was everything that we had hoped for, and you can’t beat being able to just walk directly out onto the beach. We brought my three young children, and they loved all of the beach toys/equipment provided to guests. I would absolutely recommend staying here - we made wonderful memories. This was one of the best places we have stayed at. 5 stars!!

Great House, Great Location

We came for a long girls weekend, and had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra linens, which is always refreshing! Everything in the home was nice and well thought out. The location was great, and the beach was never crowded near us. Finally, communication with the host was easy and detailed. We had no issues, but I imagine if we did, it would have been quickly and easily sorted out! I’d highly recommend this rental, and I hope to rent again in the future.

A dream on the beach

This place is created with so much love and attention. You feel like you are staying at Martha Stewart's guest house. Everything is labeled and stored for you including toys for the children, pack and play, grill items, umbrellas, and even a lobster pot. It is better equipped than most homes. Adele, the property manger was a joy to interact with. She even left champagne, yummy Flordia-specific goodies, and a card. I am grateful for the experience.

Lovely!

This was the perfect place for 5 siblings to come together that hadn't all been together in 25 years. It was a peaceful atmosphere away from distraction and noise. We sat under the stars at night and talked into the wee hours and the beach was peaceful. Plenty of great hot water and fluffy white towels! The check-in & out process was easy and the home was well stocked with everything we needed! We loved it!

Adel the savior

We had booked the ladies annual reunion at another location with another rental firm 10 months ago. Two days before we were to take possession of our rental we were notified that the property was no longer rentable due to a safety hazard, mold. We were panicked as the rental company had no viable alternatives on short notice. So, Adel to the rescue. Beautiful upscale property on the beach

The home truly is a 100 ft walk onto the beach and located in a quiet part of the beach away from Main beach and Slider's beach entrance. Travelling with our son and family and two little ones, the two floor layout was perfect for some separation and yet togetherness. There is a nice safe deck and a lower patio too where we set up a small kiddie pool when beach time was over or the little ones needed out of the sun. The house is well appointed and the kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses for all occasions and pots/pans. The upper floor has a nice open plan that made it feel spacious when we were all gathered there. There was room for the little ones to "Read" books, play and be kids. Furniture was comfortable and in a nice layout. There was a handcrafted large table that was great for together meals, but we did purchase an inexpensive table cover to protect it, the little ones don't know about placemats and coasters. There are lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and other gear conveniently located in the garage along with a full-size washer and dryer. We hope to be able to stay here again, it was a really nice week and Adele was a pleasure to work with!!
