Lovely location

We liked the condo unit on the beach. However the air conditioning isn't consistent on the top and main floors. We had to make it quite cool on the main floor for the top floor to be at an acceptable temperature.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony and comfortable chairs to sit and relax in. Master bed was quite comfortable and loved the dual shower heads in the master bath! Overall, a great experience.

Island Stay

Location was excellent. Unit was clean but in need of updating across the board. Laundry machine broke down half was and was not repaired. Beach equipment also needs to be replaced.

Overall great property

We have stayed at this location in different units 4 or 5 times now so we are very familiar with the property. It’s a lovely location and the property itself is very well maintained and the beach is picture perfect. The property manager was very communicative and responsive. There was nothing at all they could have done better. The unit itself was really good. The bed linens and towels were nothing special. They needed more and larger beach towels (we would have brought our own if we had known). There is no bathtub in the unit and the master shower has no door- we assume to accommodate ADA access. However, it had most everything we needed including beach chairs, board games and plenty of dishes and flatware. We had a lovely stay.

Great location but needs new mattresses and cleaner floors. Mattresses had visible and felt divots that were uncomfortable. Even though we did not walk in the condo with our shoes on, our feet were dirty due to the floors not being clean. Finally, we were told by the property manager that there would be a shared grill at the condos, but there was as none. Great location but needs a little TLC.

Perfect Stay

Loved everything about this unit. The view and walking distance to the Ritz were fantastic! Loved the positioning of unit near pools but not on top of pools. Since it’s on the third floor, we enjoyed walking out the door and used steps instead of elevator. Parking was easy and close. Keyless unit was so nice! Will definitely come back!

Location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying walks on the beach.

Condo was very well kept. Kitchen was easy to work out of. Ate breakfasts on th outside balcony while overlooking the ocean. Downtown was close by. It was fun exploring the island. Walking paths nearby.

Amelia Island Getaway

Our condo unit at Ocean Place was perfect for us! It was spotlessly clean, the bathrooms are lovely, kitchen was also lovely, and the television was simple to operate. We loved that the unit was in the center of our building -- view was exceptional. Can't wait to return!

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely perfect getaway for my family. My husband and I visited with our 2 boys, ages 6 and 3. The rental property was so easily accessible. Parking was a flat lot with plenty of spaces. There is an elevator so, we didn’t have to walk up to the third floor with all of our stuff and children. The beach access is so easy, just maybe a 2 minute walk. The unit is close to the elevator and the trash shoot. The unit was also extremely clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back!

Clean and quiet

The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed staying here for a low-key girl’s weekend. The property is in a nice, quiet area. The bedrooms both have comfortable beds and the view from the balcony is beautiful.

Truly Lovely

This is a gorgeous condo with breathtaking views of the Atlantic! I was inside much of the time due to a tropical storm but it was exciting to have a front row seat to the fierce majesty of the ocean during the storm! The condo is beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was very nice and looked just like the pictures! Great views of the beach from the living area and from one of the bed rooms. Easy access down to the beach. Would highly recommend.
