The condo was great! It was first floor 
 just steps to the cross walk over the beach. I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and listening to the waves. It was our first trip to Amelia Island. We had a wonderful experience!

Great location for easy access to pool and beach. Lovely accommodations. Enjoyed coffee on porch looking at ocean. So relaxing. !! Hope to go again soon !!! Condo well equipped with all needs. Great communication with rental management as well. Would love to have had tv in second bedroom but that’s only thing we would have added. Seems all new which is really nice. Very clean!!!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The property is as described. It is in a beautiful and quiet location. It’s just a short walk to the beach and pool. We were provided with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc
making our stay hassle free. We would love to stay there again!

If you love the ground floor this is a perfect location in Surf and Raquet Club. Walk easily to pool and beach. Excellent communication and easy check-in and out. People do walk by the condo but we did not mind at all. Great place!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was very clean upon arrival, had a great starter pack of necessities and even had beach towels and beach gear for use. Property manager actually called to make sure everything was going good and asked could they do anything to make our stay better, wonderful customer service. We will be back, everything was perfect.

Perfect Little Getaway!!

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect. The condo was exactly as it was listed - clean, quiet, and beautiful! The property manager was easy to get in touch with, even checking in on us throughout the stay. We loved the property and the quietness it brought, even during a busy week. Quiet oceanfront location

This oceanfront condo is a perfect location for a quiet Amelia Island stay. The condo is away from the downtown hustle bustle but close to restaurants, stores and golf (with tennis on-site) and an easy drive to downtown. The best part is the quiet beach out the front door.

We enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. The "Beach Haven" condo was just as the pictures showed-perfectly lovely. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the rabbits on the property.

Great getaway for sisters

The condo has beautiful rooms. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Convenient to St Mary’s and Fernandina Beach. Beautiful view of the sunrise. We’ll be back!

50th Birthday Celebration

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful beach front condo! The decor is spot on and cozy and comfortable. The ocean views were amazing from every room. We loved the 2 balconies for morning coffee and evening wine listening to the waves. The location of the place is perfect to get to the beach but cozy and quiet. We loved watching the turtles and bunnies. It was the perfect place for our special celebration and we hope to visit again.

Relaxing Vacation

We love this condo. So nice to be on the bottom floor with easy access for the kids to play on the grass or in the pool. We loved getting to see the bunnies and turtles! We even had a turtle come visit us on the patio one afternoon!

Awesome Condo

Hands down the best condo for my family. Being on the first floor put us right at the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next year!

Great place!

The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures but the outside pics don’t give the space justice. There is a nice green lawn area with beautiful scenery and wildlife. The kids enjoyed the space to play catch and run around. Access to both pools is just yards away along with the boardwalk to the beach.

Nice condo with perfect location

Condo was very well maintained. Great for myself, my husband and two teenage boys. The setup gave the kids privacy (and their own bathroom) and also gave my husband and I privacy too. Perfect location right next to the pool and walkway to beach. Great walkout patios to relax and watch the sunset. Property manager/owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly as pictured -even better! Steps to the pool and beach added to the stay. So clean and well-appointed. Everything we needed was here including beach chairs. What a perfect stay in Amelia Island. Highly recommend!
