The unit features an updated kitchen, plush linens, and the perfect amenities for your beach vacation. It is bright and open with ocean views from the private balcony, along with access to the building's oceanfront pool and beach walkover.

It has a private 2nd floor balcony with outdoor seating that is perfect for enjoying a sunrise cup of coffee in the morning.

This two-bedroom / two-bath beach condo at the Sand Dollar Villas is fully renovated and furnished with modern amenities and beachy decor. The unit features an updated kitchen, plush linens, and the perfect amenities for your beach vacation. It is bright and open with ocean views from the private balcony, along with access to the building's oceanfront pool and beach walkover.

It features a private second floor balcony with outdoor seating that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed for your stay. There is a microwave and oven for cooking meals as well as a full refrigerator and freezer.

There are two bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with plush linens and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with plush linens and a full bathroom across the hall.

For your convenience, the unit is outfitted with an iron and ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryers, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool, park style charcoal grill and beach walkover.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, and trash bags.

Located in the middle of Amelia Island, the Sand Dollar is a quick drive or walk to all of the island's best dining and shopping.

Within walking distance, you can enjoy dining and live music at The Surf or Slider's, or ice cream from several local treat spots.

To the North you will find Main beach featuring the Salt Life restaurant and Sandbar Kitchen, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island's downtown historic district is a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. Here you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

The South end of the island boasts several wonderful restaurants, the Ritz and Omni resorts, a picturesque canopy biking trail, and charming local boutiques. We recommend checking out the Ritz spa if you are looking for a relaxing treat!

Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available at most attractions around the island making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.

Bike rentals are available at Hall's Beach Store located just 1 mile north.

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had all the necessities plus more like a keurig coffee maker and extra pods. The location was the best. A ten (or less) minute drive to downtown, and a few minute drive to other nearby restaurants. The beach was easy to access and was so nice.. lots of packed sand and shells and NO seaweed! The pool was large and refreshing. We had a great few days!

First time at Sand Dollar Villas

We have vacationed at Amelia Island on several occasions. This was our first stay and Sand Dollar Villas. The unit was just as advertised. It was cute and clean. The pool area was wonderful. The people were very friendly. I have been spoiled on previous trips with an oceanfront balcony. We just had a side view of the ocean from this balcony. It was still a super comfortable place to stay. We would recommend it to others traveling to Amelia Island.

The pictures actually look like the place! It was cute, clean and all we needed for a 4 day weekend. Well appointed all the way down to the black makeup wash cloths! Door code was easy and always worked. The complex was peaceful and quiet for the most part. We would book the same place again.

No more hotels at Amelia Island! This condo is perfect!

So happy we found your condo after years of staying at hotels off the beach on AI. The location was perfect. Great ocean views from the main bedroom(watched sunrise from bed) and balcony. Condo was well stocked with everything! Just steps from parking to elevator and an easy walk to beach which was important for me! Perfect Getaway

I recently rented this condo for a short stay while visiting Florida with my mom for a surprise, baby shower for my daughter. On our way there, I thought it would be nice to stop for a couple of days and let her dip her feet in the sand. I found this rental on Vrbo, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I think my mom now loves Amelia Island as much as I do❤️ The check-in process was seamless, and as soon as we entered the condo, we were blown away by how bright, clean, and inviting it was. The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect — exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida. To top it off, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful gesture to help us celebrate the exciting news of a new addition to our family. This place exceeded all expectations, and it’s clear that the owners take great care in making sure guests have a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway. Looking forward to returning again and again!
