What a VIEW!

Great Stay

This is a beautiful unit that was very comfortable and well stocked for our group of five ladies. The views are amazing, the beds and baths were great and plenty of seating. Since this unit is on the 5th floor, a cart would have been helpful getting all of our stuff unloaded and then loaded. We also noticed that the floors could have been cleaner. But, we would stay here again. The staff at Amelia Island Getaways were very nice to work with and very responsive. The Omni Resort is wonderful too.

Aesthetically nice in pictures online but not a well maintained property

The pictures online looked great but upon arriving this unit was not well maintained or clean to expectations. Showers and bathroom counters were not cleaned well, has residence from previous tenants. Baseboards, corners or unit had significant dust build up, windows and window frames had not been cleaned. Coffee maker had significant build up and needed to be descaled. Mold/mildew in the washing machine. Hard, very uncomfortable beds with small hairs/stains on sheets. Kitchen utensils pots and pans were old, non-stick was peeling off. The master bedroom has a hole in the ceiling that was half-way patched, still exposing up into the ceiling. It did not appear windows/doors sealed properly and let moisture and humidity into the unit. Overall the property was a great location and the beach was not crowded. The pool was not cleaned properly and needed significant maintenance with sand building up at the bottom.

Beautiful location – lovely and comfortable condo!

We spent a month here and enjoyed every day! A corner unit on the fifth floor with two balconies, the location could not be better. It is just a mile walk along the beach to the tip of Amelia on the south end. The beach is pristine and not crowded, at least in January! The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook in or warm and serve your take out. We loved the large balcony and spent many evenings sitting outside watching the sky fade into the ocean. The beds in the king and queen bedrooms (the only ones our party used) were great and we appreciated the walk-in showers with rain shower heads. This is a large condo and easily big enough for six. Management was exemplary; they responded to a couple questions/issues immediately. We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We ended up at this place after our other booking cancelled on us last minute and we couldn’t be happier that happened! This rental was perfect for our family. All one level which was nice for little kids and older adults as well. The property was very clean and had comfortable living space not to mention beautiful views from every room pretty much! Loved being right there on the beach so you didn’t feel like you were missing out when not on the beach. Easy elevator access and easy to get right out to the beach and down to the pool. Will hopefully stay here again!

Great property. As advertised. Pool was reopened (per earlier reviews with concerns) and was really great. Family of 5 was fully satisfied. Seemed like a bang for the buck after shopping around.

Beautiful place!

We had a great time and loved this unit. Our only concern was that the pool was unavailable due to construction and that was not disclosed prior to our stay. It was disappointing but did not ruin our trip by any means! A lovely place!

Such a beautiful and comfortable condo with spectacular views!!

First of all, this looks exactly like the photos, just as clean and beautiful. The development is lovely, the landscaping is lush and tropical, lovely walking paths. The elevator is easy and convenient. Parking was plentiful. The condo itself was just beautiful! The view from the deck was spectacular, we watched both the sunrise and sunset from the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped and well maintained. The bedrooms were all comfortable and each with their own private bath made for such a relaxed convenient week. Our only issue is the pool is closed for maintenance for quite awhile but the management company set it up so we enjoyed the pool at the sister development which was also very nice. All in all, a great condo!!

Gorgeous views!

The condo was just as advertised! It was spacious and quiet. The manager Ashton was in touch, or easily accessible, the whole time when we had questions about the pool or how to get into the gate at night. We stayed as a family of 4 (with two teenagers) and there was plenty of space. The only downside would be the lack of activity and action around us. It was great family time, but I know my kids would have loved more things, people, action around them!

Condo is spectacular

Our group had a wonderful time visiting Amelia Island and this property was outstanding. Key points: - Extremely clean and well appointed. - Breathing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. - Beautiful landscaping and close to walking trails, bike paths and amenities of the resort. - Well equipped condo with beach chairs, towels and kitchen items. -Amazingly large deck for meals, morning coffee or star-gazing. Care package on arrival is a nice touch! The pools were closed and under repair, but not an issue for us as we went to the beach but worth noting. 4 pm check in is not ideal and wish there were options for earlier arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place!!

Great place and location! We love this area. Weather was ok but the side balcony was great even when it was cold. The only negative was that the pool was closed. The condo had everything that we needed.
