Top Notch!

I could write a dissertation about this property and the correct way to run a vacation rental but I’ll try to limit my praise. Absolutely everything from communication to checking in, accommodation and checking out was flawless. Every conceivable necessity was thought of. I vacationed with my teen godchildren and the pool was a hit! Immaculate, well maintained pool and property. I couldn’t figure out the grill and Mike was very responsive and saved the day. I travel worldwide and I never leave reviews but I had to take the time to commend and recommend this place. Thanks for an excellent stay! I will positively return

Upscale beach living

Overall the house was clean, nicely furnished, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night. The king size mattress in the huge master BR was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen was large, modern, and well-equipped. The number of stairs to the 3rd floor master BR was a bit daunting, and there are also stairs from the main living area to the pool. The pool was a decent size and reasonably warm, not entirely private; there really should be handrails to help get in and out. The motorized awning over the patio outside the living area wasn't working, which was disappointing. The seemingly short distance to the beach is complicated by the need to cross a very busy multi-lane road. Mike was a great communicator and always ready to fix issues (broken hairdryer, light bulb, etc.).

Wonderful celebration of birthdays. Kids and adults had a great time in the beautiful pool. Walking distance to the beach and great coffee. Restaurants,grocery stores and shopping close by.

My grands were in from California and we found this perfect property to all be together. We spent hours enjoying the pool and the provided wagon made our beach outings easy. The kitchen was roomy enough for creating our meals without being on top of each other. We enjoyed grilling, having a low country boil and other great meals. Thanks!!

This house was beautiful. Extremely clean, well stocked, great layout. Beds were very comfy. Neighborhood was quiet, great walking the dog around. Convenient location to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Loved this house. Will definitely book this property again!

Nice House for a weekend "Stay-cation"

The house is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very easily accessible and pleasant to work with. The pool is heated and the grandchildren spent a lot of time swimming, despite the cooler and raining weather. The kitchen is large and stocked with just about everything needed to prepare nice family meals (this is coming from my wife and I -- both professional chefs and owners of a Catering Business in Jacksonville). I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice getaway "Staycation" or to an out of towner looking for a nice family vacation house.

Great home for large group

The home was perfect for our large group and considering the beaches were closed one of the days of our visit, the pool came in very handy. In addition, we loved that the pool was heated and treated with a salt filter. We would definitely rent this home again.

JAX beach vacation house

Overall the property and amenities were very good. The house was well equipped for beach activities and basic household supplies. The open concept of the living space was ideal for a group of our size (8). The pool wasn't heated when we arrived but that issue was corrected quickly when we reported it. The pool was a feature enjoyed by all. Kitchen with spacious counter was appreciated. Gas stovetop needs checking for problem with knob control of flame. We suggest that the ring toss game in the garage be replaced due to sensitivity of the image.

Beautiful home and full of hospitality

The home was beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas trip. From the decor to every little detail, the owners hospitality shined throughout the home. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the relaxing pool. The location was perfect. It is near many restaurants, shopping, golf and the beach. Very nice vacation home

This house is beautiful! It's located in a nice neighborhood and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Check-in process was easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! It's 5 blocks from the beach however there is a busy road to cross to get there. It's walkable, but easier to drive especially with small kids. The pool is wonderful and where we spent most of our time.

Great, spacious beach abode.

This was the perfect house for a beach get away with another family. Close to the beach, restaurants with plenty of room. The pool was a fantastic addition for the days we didn’t want to get sandy! Highly recommend!

Amazing house with pool

This is a great property close to the beach, but the pool was so nice we only went to the beach once in 4 days! Good restaurants nearby for Uber Eats as well. Very beautiful home-everything worked, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, towels, etc and a surprise gaming area in the garage. We will definitely be back.

Fun at Jacksonville Beach

This house was everything as advertised and more. The property managers were responsive. The house was very accommodating for multiple adults and young children. The kitchen was well equipped which is a hot button for me. And everyone loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again.
