Lovely location. Very clean and visually pleasing. TV internet didn’t work until we figured out how to unplug it. Fan switch was hard to locate. Desperately needed a few comfortable chairs. Two in tv room would be ideal. What a view! Wow. Overall a nice stay.

I would say the home is great but don’t get it twisted. This is NOT ENTIRE HOME, read entire description because you have to read 2 and a half paragraphs in to understand its a guest house. Don’t be like me and filters entire homes and expect accuracy. Also lousy communication skills.

Short but SWEET!

We sailed in the Mug race on the St. John's River and stayed at this property for one evening. Wish we could have stayed longer....It was so comfortable and veryaccommodating. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful short stay. We will consider for another stay since we will be back again next year!

Peaceful!

This property is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay on the water with convenient dock access. Be sure to bring a lounge chair or a bag to fully enjoy the peaceful moments on the dock. We had a wonderful time fishing and soaking up some much-needed vitamin D.The homeowner greeted us upon arrival, introduced himself, and made it clear that we could reach out if we needed anything. During our stay, we didn't need anything because everything was well taken care of—such a relief!If you're looking for a clean, inviting, and peaceful waterfront retreat, don’t hesitate to book this property. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Location

The entranceway has an outside sitting area with a spectacular view of the St.Johns River. On our first morning, an otter curiously greeted us. The interior is tasteful and thoughtful with beautiful river views. We took long walks along the river. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful with lovely, old growth trees with moss dripping from them. We recommend this wonderful place for a fantastic and outstanding stay!

Nice Getaway

After driving straight into a hurricane on the way to this location, our power was out when we arrived in the middle of the night but the host was right on it. He got us in and was very accommodating. The power was restored the next day and this vacation spot was nothing short of relaxing and perfect! Very clean and accurate from the pictures online. We took full advantage of the private dock and caught sting rays and catfish. If in the area, we will be back.

BE SURE TO READ EVERY PARAGRAPH!

This home did not describe that this is the home owners home and the “guest house” is attached to their home! Not a private rental. I was traveling by myself on business and was greeted by a man that lived at the home. I did not feel safe staying with complete strangers during my stay. The welcome email says “ We live close so if there is anything else you need” Close by certainly does NOT mean in the same house! When I messaged them asking to cancel my reservation and a refund since not feeling safe traveling by myself and staying with other people, they refused and were rude. I’ve stayed in many, many Vrbo’s over the years and have never had an experience like this nor have I ever left a negative review for a home.

Peaceful Getaway

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Both the management company and the owners of the house were extremely kind. The place was spotless and the views were serene. So many nice touches as well to make it feel like you are at home. A great place to be able to bring your dogs too as there is a nice sidewalk along the river for walks. Overall amazing!

Beautiful place

Our stay was exceptional. Immaculate, picturesque waterfront property. Kemp the owner was steps away for any questions. The outskirts of the property is a very dense suburb with lots of traffic. Great stay for traveling through the state or specific local plans. Only one hiccup,.. The property was listed by a management company which failed to inform that the check-in instructions would be emailed via a different company domain name even though all the communications leading up to the stay were all through the VRBO site. This caused unnecessary frustration that could have been prevented. Not the owner’s fault. So I still rate it 5 stars.

AMAZING!!! will stay again- best view and so clean!

CLEAN! The property is exactly how it is advertised, it's impeccably clean and felt very safe. The water views are amazing! There were tons of little touches that made it special. We didn't have to do any cleaning ourselves upon arrival and felt very safe sleeping here. We've been very isolated during the pandemic and the owners were keenly aware of this and kind enough to keep their distance. I will stay again!!!
