The townhome is beautifully decorated with ocean front views. We loved the proximity to the beach. Any issues we had while staying were quickly addressed by the property manager with great communication. Only thing I was not aware of is that cars are allowed to drive on the beach in front of the community. The cars are not visible from the townhome since the dunes provide good distance. This may be a plus for someone with mobility issues to drive directly on the beach, I would be very careful with little kids. We were able to walk a short distance to the right on the beach and get away from the cars. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals during our stay. We recommend you bring your own beach chairs since the current ones are rusted and very low to the ground. We loved our week in Amelia Island and enjoyed Timotis, Salty Pelican and the Fudge Place downtown for amazing ice cream. Definitely check out Boneyard beach too. Definitely worth staying here in the beautiful townhome.

Our family stayed at Sea La Vie for our family beach vacation and had a great time. The house is clean and set up very well for families. The location is great and our son loved playing in the ocean but still having the option of swimming in the pool on the rough sea days. We would definitely recommend and will look to book more family vacations at the property.

Very nice beach condo! Totally updated and decorated beautifully.

Excellent beach trip! Great location for getting to the beach and our little children enjoyed the pool every afternoon after coming in from the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Location - Best Beach Trip Ever!!!

The condo was amazing!! My wife and I went with our 3 kids and my mother and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location of the condo is perfectly situated. It was our first family trip to Amelia Island and we will certainly be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and well-appointed condo. The interior was fresh and updated just as the photos show. The beach was right out the back door which we loved. The charming downtown area of Fernandina Beach was a convenient 10 minute drive away. There was a nice jogging/walking path just south of the property. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay and amazing place!

Our stay at sand piper was absolutely fantastic. The home is beautifully decorated and definitely makes you feel like you are on vacations. There is plenty of space, and I loved that the rooms are on separate floors. The property is only steps from the beach and turtles are regular guests in the yard. The home also has everything you need for your stay. This property is truly wonderful for a family getaway.

Great beach location

Loved the easy access to beach. We were greeted every morning off the deck with the resident turtles. Ample seating for everyone. Kitchen well stocked. Everything felt fresh and modern. Would suggest a bigger mirror for the top floor bedroom, otherwise we really enjoyed.

Beautiful spot

The home is gorgeous right on the beach and great interior design. Everything was clean, the kitchens and bathrooms are updated. My only issue was the beach chairs provided were completely rusted and old, basically unusable. There was also no beach umbrella available to use, this was all a little disappointing. We also could not find any beach towels anywhere and they ended up being in the dryer.

Everything you need is in this unit. The owners did a fantastic job with the property. I stay on the Island 10 days a month and wish I had found this unit sooner. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful & Relaxing!

Very clean and updated oceanfront townhome! If we weren't on the beach we were sitting out on the porch listening to the ocean! Looks just like the pictures. I will say since it is a townhome there are a lot of stairs; so I was glad that my 83 year old mom ended up not joining us for the week because it would have been a little too much for her. We have stayed a many places on AI and this is one of my favorites!

Beautiful condo with a great location

Great location with a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Plenty of room for our party of 6 and 3 bathrooms! Be aware there is no working ice maker. When we realized this and contacted the rental company they did bring a bag of ice.

Nice family getaway

Enjoyed this townhouse.Central location on island so easy to get everywhere. Kitchen very well stocked and has supplies for laundry and washing up which is appreciated . Comfy beds. Views wonderful. TVs with good options for those rainy days.Layout is okay, but you are doing stairs alot. No bathroom on living area, but up a flight of stairs Wouldhave liked curtains in living room for night time privacy from anyone walking by, but it's not a busy complex.

Great location on Amelia Island

Nice beach location. Property had good and not so good. Beds were so creaky every time you moved. We slept terrible. We are not big people at all but every move they creaked. Bring your own beach chairs. The ones at property are rusted and dirty. The screens inside bedroom upstairs were filthy with dust. They were Jo room darkening curtains in upstairs king bedroom The kitchen was well stocked. The living room was comfortable. We would have preferred to have curtains for evening.

Beautiful Beach Vacation Spot

This property was a great place to stay. It was well appointed in decor & was the perfect spot to spend time away with our family. There were some things that could have been better & hopefully for future guests these things are altered. The property manager wasn't super responsive & communication was not the greatest. Upon arrival we did not have the information needed to enter the unit. The property could have been better cleaned. The unit lacked basic information in the binder such as how to work the fans & tvs. We were told there would be 2 types of coffee makers but there was only one. Contacted the manager & was told they would bring us one which they never did. The pool key (was told there would be 2 but there was only 1) got stuck in the lock & required assistance in getting it out. A few of the windows were broken when opened (bc the power went out a few times & we needed to allow airflow) & had to have two people to put them back into place. Some screens were missing or had holes. The kitchen was missing basic items such as whisks, rubber spatulas, glass measuring cups, storage container lids, towels, mixer. There was no ice maker & had to make or buy ice yet space in the freezer is very limited so it was difficult to store a lot of things. Also, if you fill the refrigerator things in the back became frozen. There was no mirror on the third floor bedroom to help get ready. There also was no trash can in that bedroom/bathroom. The blinds were broken in that room, as well. The deck off the second floor bedroom was mostly useless. The chairs were not conducive to enjoying the view & since the sun shone directly most of the day there was no umbrella to help with shading. There were no side tables to place drinks or items on. There were 2 extra chairs there but not usable as they were rusted. Beware of the edges of the rugs in the bedrooms as they were rolled & were a trip hazard. The downstairs deck was only usable when it wasn't raining as the water from the upstairs deck poured through. The rug was old, ripped, rusted and stained as well as some more chairs. Again, no side tables to place items on. Both sides of the deck were full of trash, weeds, etc. I did mention all of this to the management company but they have yet to respond. I feel that for the price we paid to stay here these things should be addressed. I post this to help future guests so as they are made aware when deciding where to stay.
