There was no hot water in the shower (barely warm). The soap dispenser in the shower did not work properly. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom. There are bars in front and in the rear of our room that partied until late at night. There was also a surprise charge for $20.00 per day for parking.

As everyone said, it’s an older hotel that’s been has been rehabbed so not for everyone but it’s not too expensive and fantastic location with exceptional service

The location is fabulous. A few steps to the amazing beach. There are no amenities. Hotel is fine and staff was very nice. 10/10 for a walkable location and places to eat. Beware-they charge $20 a day for parking. It was not made clear to me when I checked in.

Super chill Jacksonville friendly staff. We arrived in late and everyone was so accommodating. Staff member watching parking came over and showed us the path to the villa. Reserved parking and all. Very happy with the entire process.
