Downtown oasis

This was the perfect quiet get-away for my husband and I. The accommodations were clean, decor was stylish and the hot tub was so warm! With great food/drink within walking distance, we will definitely stay again.

Stunning Property – Highly Recommend!Rating: 9/10We were absolutely blown away by how gorgeous it is. The photos are great, but being there in person is a different level of luxury. The layout, the views, and the overall vibe of the home made it a truly memorable stay. It felt like a high-end retreat, and the value for the experience was definitely well worth it.There were only two small things that kept this from being a flawless experience: * Lingering Odor: When we first arrived, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana throughout the space. It was a bit discouraging at the start, though it did dissipate over time and management quickly provided air freshener. * Brief Miscommunication: We had a minor hiccup upon arrival. It was a very brief lapse and was sorted out quickly, but it did cause a little bit of initial distress that could had been avoided.Final Thoughts:Even with those minor points, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beauty and quality of the home far outweighed the small inconveniences. If you’re looking for a spectacular place to stay, this is it!

A hidden oasis

We stayed here for a few nights on our way to our first cruise in Orlando, we loved the atmosphere and how close it was to everything. We were super excited to find the little corner restaurant less than a block from our location. If ever back in the are will definitely be staying again.

The property was very nice, and the room was cozy. The only negative was not being able to utilize the hot tub when we wanted to, and the bed mattress needs to be replaced, it is very uncomfortable.

Enjoyed our stay

The apartment was functional and clean, had everything we needed. The backyard was a great place to relax and unwind. The "furry hosts" are very friendly, they came and said hello a few times but other than that you don't know they were there. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great experience!

Will definitely be back when in the Jacksonville area. Lovely and conveniently located property. Very impressive backyard. Manager responded quickly whenever we needed them. Definitely recommend the bar and restaurant called Silkes around the corner. Only a 2 min walk away!

Cute and well kept property

We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating!! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub due to our schedule and the weather, but the area surrounding it was peaceful and relaxing. I wouldn’t consider the one parking spot that’s allotted for guest behind the house as it’s difficult to get to and space is tight. But parking wasn’t an issue as there was always ample street parking in front of the main house. Would definitely stay again.

Lush, exotic landscaping and modern, colorful decor meant for relaxing outside. Bed was super comfy. They really do respond 24/7 as I checked in way past midnight and needed the codes resent to me. I would love to enjoy this beautiful space again. Im assuming chrckout is when you lock the door with the code since app said trip complete.

Funky little flat

Everything was great. The area is in which the lodging was located was in an area of early 1900 homes. Loved the old trees and cold old home. But that area has home that are remodeled and others burnt down or run down. A mixture of both. Some homeless type people around the area but felt safe in the location we stayed.

Still dreaming of the backyard oasis!

Wow what a special place! Cute & cozy & clean. The bed was so comfortable, pillows fluffy, and sheets were soft...really appreciated that after a long day of adventure! Loved waking up in the morning being greeted by the cute kitty outside our doors & the relaxing view of the pool & birds chirping in the trees (sad we didnt get to meet the pups!). We talked about the place days after we left. Loved relaxing by the pool late evening too. Amazing landscaping. What a gem! Thanks for having us!

Amazing play to stay with a short walk to pizza and beer.

My wife and I were so glad we found this little oasis while we were in town for my niece's wedding in Jacksonville. We arrived a little later than we expected but the neighborhood was so inviting and lit up as we walked just a few blocks over to Main Street where we found a great little Pizza and a beer to wash away our long drive. We then walked across the street and found a Brewery doing stand up comedy for open mic night. The small town atmosphere this close to the metropolis of Jacksonville was an welcomed surprise. The room was clean and had everything we needed for coffee and re-heating leftovers. The pool was too chilly for us, but we enjoyed sitting out in the yard, especially in the morning with our morning coffee. 100% Recommended and may visit again on our next trip.

Gorgeous and fun stay

The loft is so fun! The colors, the set up are exactly what we needed for a fun getaway. The loft was also super clean. And the kitchen had literally everything I needed to make all of our meals. So we were able to eat and hang out and enjoy the gorgeous property without making several trips to the store. Our February stay was surprisingly warm and we were able to get in the pool and jacuzzi. I was a little uneasy about having to email the property manager each time to turn the jacuzzi on, and somehow it only worked in the mornings for us, but each time I emailed him, he responded immediately. I was surprised at how easy that process was. The location is 30 mins from the beach so we walked the beach at sunset each evening there and it was just perfect. They had extra towels, trash bags, everything I needed was there. And the email I got at check in had all the codes and all the answers to my questions, it was very helpful and thorough. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Little Oasis

I came to Florida for a visit with family. I wanted a place of my own to escape to and when I saw this listing I knew this was it. The weather was perfect for relaxing outside by the pool. However, a little cool for swimming. I did not try out the hot tub either, but it looked very inviting! The loft was perfect for one and would also be comfortable for a couple. It was well furnished for preparing meals if that is your thing. I loved the funky decor vibe. The location is very close to downtown in a wonderful neighborhood on it's way to being revived. I loved walking through the neighborhood and seeing all of those gorgeous old homes. Many of them are restored, some are not and some are somewhere in between. Some had fun, funky yard decor and I enjoyed being inspired by that. I always felt safe, but like anywhere in the world, pay attention to your surroundings. I carry mace whenever I am out alone in an unfamiliar area. I would definitely rent this loft again. I had a good meal at Silkie's Chicken & Champagne Bar right down the block!
