Our stay was excellent! The hotel lobby has nice amenities and the room was clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone we encountered who was working there was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming- From the greeting text to the welcome message on our TV with our name! Extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The outside door to the pool was left unlocked as staff family was present swimming. The pool was filled with people who were not guests as they arrived and left in a vehicle. The pool surroundings were left filthy with outside food. Trash was everywhere from those guests. The breakfast bar was not refilled. There were no bagels. The milk was out. The coffee was empty. The staff never greeted us. The hotel use to be our favorite but we will not be staying again. We are Hilton honor members and this establishment needs to be reviewed by upper management
