Welcome to the Tropical Beachfront Oasis!



This space is located in the Macaws Ocean Club - a multi-unit condominium complex with a pool and 24 hour security - but the unit itself is incredibly unique. Removed from everything and surrounded by trees, it feels completely private. Enjoy a full kitchen, large bathroom, and private patio which wraps around the whole unit.



Take the tropical walking path to the beach in less than 1 minute! Located in the heart of Jaco, but away from all the noise.



The Space:

This is the only unit in the complex with two full walls of windows! There are two sets of sliding glass doors, which open up to a tropical outdoor space. Consider this an extension of your living room. Once outside you are surrounded by lush greenery.



Our main room has a nice open layout with very high ceilings and beautiful beams running across them. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full refrigerator, oven, stove, cookware, flatware, kitchen tools etc... and complimentary coffee and tea are provided. The bathroom has beautiful stone paneling and lots of storage, plus complimentary towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.



But let's be honest, the best part is the beach access. Nestled in the back of the property, you are right by the tropical walking path that takes you to the beach in less than 1 minute. Don't be surprised if you see or hear some of the local birds of paradise (Scarlet Macaws, Toucans) on the way. A walk down the beach is the perfect way to start the day, and Playa Jaco is home to some of the most consistent surf in the world, perfect for beginners to intermediate. Hermosa Beach is a 10 minute drive from the condo (cheap taxi), which has bigger waves for more advanced surfers.

The condo is located a 7 minute walk to the trailhead of El Miro -- a beautiful hike to the top of a mountain, which has the most beautiful view in town. Chances are you will see some adorable white-faced monkeys swinging around the trees near the top!





Getting around:



The property is conveniently located a ~15 minute walk, 5 minute bicycle ride, or 2 minute taxi to the main part of town, where you will find an endless amount of restaurants, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. One of our friendly 24 hour security guards would be happy to call you a car whenever you need one.



Also, within 2-5 minutes walking distance, there is a convenience store, local restaurant, and a beautiful Tiki Bar/Restaurant on the beach, which is the perfect place to watch the sunset while enjoying some delicious food and some cervezas.



When you arrive at the airport, we recommend you grab a taxi. If you are renting a car, parking is available on the side of the building.
