We booked, the room unavailable until we paid more

I booked this guest house for my driver and paid in advance, but when he checked in the people said the room was fully booked. So he need to pay another 100.000 rupiah to get a room there. Around midnight someone knocked the door and asked why he hadn't checked out yet. When he shown the receipt then the guy let my driver stayed. I guess the earlier shift guy didn't communicate? Or took the money? Idk. Bad experience here. Sudah booking dan bayar di hotels.com, begitu check in dibilang kamar penuh dan akhirnya bayar 100.000 lagi untuk bisa masuk ke kamar. Saya ga tau siapa yang salah, apakah hotels.com atau Oyo Danysa Guest House. Yang pasti kami pelanggan dirugikan oleh ini.
