Comfortable and family friendly

The hotel staff were very accommodating, first letting us check in earlier because of the kids. Secondly letting us check out later because I had a terrible headache I was sleeping off. Everyone was very polite and kind. Very family friendly. Convenient location. Mosque and convenient store within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't enticing for us, it had quite a number of options, but mainly Indonesian dishes. Wish there was bread and Jam...

Falling Apart

Very disappointing stay. For starters, it was annoying to learn that this 5-storey hotel only has elevator service for the first 4 floors. My room was not much better: old carpet and the shower drain clogs. To matters worse, my room was literally falling apart where the light switches became dislodged from the wall, which was a safety hazard. This safety issue was addressed to hotel management and reception refused to assign an alternative room; the best that maintenance could do was to re-attach the light switches with packing tape......packing tape!!! The breakfast was not great either. At times the serving warmers were bare and the juice dispenser empty.

Sofyan Hotel Betawi Jakarta has a very strategic location suitable for my business trip. The hotel served delicious and sumptuous meals especially the buffet breakfast. The room where I stayed was also kept clean each day. The staff are also friendly and very helpful.

I dont speak Indonesian and they did tgeir best to help me, all smiles, great service, professional manner. Welcoming. Helpful. Hotel rooms very comfortable and clean, a/c very good, easyvto get transport or use hotel driver. Very affordable

Disappointing.

We had asked for a room with 2 double beds for my wife and I and our adult daughter. On arriving they gave us a room with 2 single beds and said they would put a single mattress on floor for our daughter. They called this a room upgrade from our booking. None of the staff spoke much English so couldn't resolve the problem and we ended up having to accept the room as offered. It was only after we registered that they informed us there was no hot water and didn't know when they would have any. The neighborhood is upscale for Jakarta but still not great. A few good restaurants close by and train station is 2 blocks away. The hotel does have an awesome breakfast included in room price.

The hotel was in a good location.The staff had very little English.Hot water was an issue you had to run the water for at least15 minutes. The staff were very polite and willing to be of service.

チェックインが深夜だったにもかかわらず、快く応対していただき、翌日のタクシー手配もしていただきました。 施設は老朽化がみられ、部屋にゴミ箱や冷蔵庫が設置されておらず、シャワーの湯を最大にしてもぬるかったことなどが気になる点でした。

Het is uitstekend goed hotel met goede service, alle medewerkers zijn alert en behulpzaam. Kamer is ruim en voldoende met faciliteiten, alleen tv chanel heeft maar 15 zenders met storingen, wifi is goed. Kamer netjes en schoon, wel verouderde tapijt. Ontbijt buffet scoort ruim voldoende. Ligt heel centraal bij grote malls.
