Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. Friendly. Hotel was clean. Smelled fresh. Room was very clean. Bed was NOT comfortable. Lumpy. Pillows were awful. Terrible night’s sleep. Upgrade the pillows and I’d stay here again.

Very clean had a full kitchen

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was noise from the highway but that's not the hotels fault. Had a full kitchen but no dishes or pans to use. Maybe need to inquire the front desk about it? I didn't need to use them anyway. Offered a breakfast for a fee but didn't use that either.

The garbage can had not been emptied. The interstate noise was loud. The refrigerator motor squeaked. The bed was very comfortable, as was the recliner in the room. No silverware or plates in a kitchen unit was inconvenient.

I arrived late in the evening after a long journey and was placed in room 216. After settling into the room, I found the total did not have running water (it appeared that the faucet feed was removed). Recognizing that it was late and that I had no interest in changing rooms, I used the trash can to feed water into the tank in order to flush. Upon checking out early the next morning, the front desk representative stated "wow...that room has been blocked for guests, you should not have been put in that room." I left my number for the manager to call me, but after a week, received no response. I called again and was told the manager would be back in the office on Monday and would call me. After not receiving a call, I called Monday afternoon and was told "nothing could be done because it was an Expedia reservation" and that "there isn't anything wrong with the room." I'm sure the hotel is fine overall, but this lack luster reaction is something to be mindful of.

Suites were nice, great condition, lengthy check in process due to malfunctioning equipment. Sketchy people hanging out in their cars outside. Pictures make it look nicer than it is. No glasses or flatware in the suites and it was $2.00 per utensil

Our stay was nice. They had hot coffee in the lobby. Check-in was very nice. The day we checked out there was no staff at the front desk, so I just left my room keys on the desk. But the room itself was clean and the hotel very quiet.
