The exposed roof trusses and skylights make the loft feel spacious despite its size. The kitchen, living area, and bathroom share a single open space, with the glass shower and the kitchen island across from it serving as the focal points. The loft is designed for two, and the open floor plan fosters a sense of togetherness.



By the stream, you’ll find countless spots for a picnic blanket, yoga mat, or hammock. A seating area with a fire pit overlooking the sunset invites you to linger in the evenings. The 8,000-square-meter property features meadows, woods, and direct access to the water.



The loft is located in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, where hiking and biking trails begin right at your doorstep. The hike up the Dreisessel, continuing on to the Steinernes Meer and the Dreiländereck, is particularly worthwhile. If you’d like, you can extend the hike all the way to Plöckensteiner Lake in the Czech Republic—a distance of up to 16 km—with views of the Dachstein and Watzmann mountains on a clear day.
