We love Genisa; however a number of things were below standard. The most critical is that owners need to be TRANSPARENT in their description that there is no elevator and three flights of stairs to walk up; also, be clear about parking since there is no designated spot. There were no working electrical outlets or TV working in the King bedroom.
There was also no coffee provided. Lastly, given that this is an extension of Genisa, instead of having in writing in a number of different places to not touch the wine bottles, I would highly recommend that you offer a bottle of wine to your guests; they can choose before they check in. Josh was incredibly helpful and responsive; the server working in Genisa who walked up and down those flights to bring us our wine/food, was also incredibly gracious. Because we love Genisa as we do; I call it the "Jewel of Janesville", it is my hope that the owner/manager brings the standards up to where they belong when one calls this a "luxury" apartment.
