We've visited Big Canoe many times and stayed in several different homes. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Stars Align. We love this place! The management company, on the other hand, we do NOT love. 6 hours before our arrival time, I received a text saying I hadn't signed the key code document. Well, that would be because it was never sent! I logged on to VRBO 5 hours before arrival and there was nothing for me to sign, so I thought the text was an error.Upon arrival at the gate of Big Canoe, they did not have my name on the list, even though I booked the reservation and replied twice to the message providing the list of names.Then, I couldn't get in to the house, because I hadn't signed the document that was never sent to me or that was available on the website for me to sign. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold and another 25 minutes for a call back, I figured it out.Then, I spent 30 minutes trying to get logged in to the wifi, only to find that the information that was provided to me was completely incorrect and no one had bothered to update it!The company allowed us a late check-out as compensation, which was very nice.We'd like to stay here again, but am very hesitant to do so if the same management company is involved.
