Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity and 10 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November - March the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

A very beautiful and well-equipped house in a quiet residential area.
The house has a living room (with air conditioning), a dining room (with sea views), a kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (one with air conditioning), and 2 bathrooms.
There is a large garden, a covered pergola with seating, and sea views; there is a barbecue area right by the pool.
A carport for one car is available; internet access is available to tenants.
Small dogs up to 10 kg (over 1 year old) are welcome upon request.

The nearest rocky beach is approximately 500 meters away; there are two other pebble beaches, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The Arenal sand beach is approximately 10 minutes by car.
Restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance.
