Room for improvement

A very large and spacious property, with a fabulous pool (excellently maintained). The property and fixtures are a little tired and need updating to match the price (sheets and towels, shower heads, paintwork, basics missing in kitchen (corkscrew!!)). WiFi faulty on arrival, but was sorted after a few days. Could do with an instruction leaflet re recycling, rubbish collection, location of trip switches etc, just to make life smoother). It has the potential to be a fabulous villa, and with these small improvements it would justify the cost. With all this said, we did enjoy the villa, with its spacious facilities, and Simone (owner) and Achim were always to hand to help out.

Villa idéale

Voici notre ressenti sur la location de cette villa : - localisation de la villa idéale : proche des commodités et de la plage de sable le tout dans un quartier calme - Extérieurs agréables, jardin très spacieux, piscine aux dimensions généreuses.... parfait pour les grandes familles - Intérieur avec de belles pièces à grandes superficie, là encore parfait pour les familles afin d'avoir chacun sa tranquillité et son intimité - Quelques points à améliorer pour rendre ce séjour optimal : l'éclairage extérieur notamment près du barbecue pour les grillades du soir, le passage un peu plus fréquent des personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien de la piscine car avec les fortes chaleur l'eau peut vite devenir verte, changement de quelques éléments du quotidien vieillissants (pommeaux de douche encastrés, poignée de porte dévissée, matelas de la petite chambre à changer...) Nous souhaitons quand même vous remercier ainsi qu'Achim pour votre écoute, votre réactivité et votre aide pour avoir solutionné dans les meilleurs délais nos petits problèmes..
