This incredible 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for families and couples looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place for their holidays. Located in an ideal area for children, a short distance from the sandy beach of Arenal and the rocky beach of Montañar.

The apartment, distributed on a single level, offers an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, which facilitates meal preparation at home. In addition, it has an integrated dining area.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and free WiFi. The double glazed living room doors open onto a wonderful terrace with a dining table and chill out area to relax.
The accommodation also has two bedrooms that offer double beds and another with a double sofa bed, providing sufficient space for up to 6 people. The 2 full bathrooms, both with shower, guarantee the comfort of all guests.
