Enjoyed one night stay

Pretty new building, so very clean. Indoor Spa was nice for our couple. Also one of the staff was very kind to get us a taxi with her own phone’s Kakao taxi app. Only thing bothered us was that heating system was too slow, so we put it at the highest level (10) when since we checked in at 4pm. But then it was too hot while we were sleeping lol Also, I wish they had little bit nicer dish cleansing soap set.. The sponge, soap, & container box weren’t matching the room interior.. (too low level)

깔끔하고 만족스러움

시설: 바베큐장, 수영장, 전 객실 내 스파 등 양호하고 깔끔한 편 위치: 공항에서 택시 기준 15~20분 거리 (~12000원) 서비스: 입욕제 무료 / 조식 제공 / 칫솔, 치약 등 일회용품은 별도로 구매해야함 (3000원) 무난보다는 괜찮고 매우 좋은것보다는 약간 아쉬운 정도? 그래도 전체적으로 깔끔하고 만족스러움.

가족룸 자쿠지스파 좋아요^

가족룸의 자쿠지스파는 좋았어요. 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고, 시설도 깔끔했어요. 다만 냉장고가 있는데 사용이 안되게 해놔서 조금 불편했어요.

직원들에게서 친절함은 그다지 찾아볼수 없었어요 풀빌라에서 묵었는데 풀은 정말 좋았네요 아이들과 즐겁게 잘놀았어요 그점빼고는 전반적으로 어둡고 실리콘부분에 곰팡이 핀곳도 많았던거 같아요. 관리가 잘 된다는 느낌은 못받았어요. 그럼에도 다시한번 실내풀은 최고~^^

강추합니다

호텔스닷컴 평점보고 골랐는데 굉장히 좋았습니다. 일단 넓고 깨끗했어요. 저흰 패밀리 자쿠지룸에서 지냈는데 욕실안에 넓은 욕조가 있어서 스파하기 진짜 좋았습니다. 위치도 애월쪽인데 시내랑 가까워서 놀다오기 좋았고, 바로 앞에 편의점 있는것도 좋았어요. 다만, 차가 없으면 불편할것 같아요. 창문으로 바다가 보여서 석양이 예뻤어요. 간소하지만 알찬 조식도 좋더군요. 강추입니다!

몇년 전이랑 다르더군요...

예~~전에 갔었을때는 다 새거여서 정말 깔끔 깨끗했는데 몇년지나 가보니 노후된건지 관리상태가 좋지 않아 실망했어요. ㅠㅠ 그리고 호텔처럼 메일 하우스키핑을 안 해주시는 듯.....체크아웃 할때까지 한 번도 청소 안되있었어요.

할인혜택 누릴 때 이용할만함.

별도 숙박비 지원받는게 있어서 싸게 다녀왔습니다. 장단점을 잘 판단하시기 바랍니다. - 장점 1.공룡랜드 바로 앞이어서 애기가 좋아함 2.편의점이 도보 거리에 있어 편리함 3.전자랜지 사용 가능(공동식사실) 4.해변에서 가까움, 강추 맛집 '그마니네'에서도 가까움 - 단점 1.수영장은 생각보다 작음 2.화장실쪽 배수구 냄새 있음 3.가구가 너무 없어서 무언가 휑한 느낌

호텔 서비스 - 딱히 이렇다 할 서비스를 받지 않아서 친절도 부분은 soso. 근데 리조트에 기본적인 어메니티가 없다는 것이 이해가 안갔음. 있는 것이라곤 샴푸와 바디클렌저뿐. 기본적인 비누 마저도 없었음. 호텔 상태 - 겉에서 보는 view는 좋아보임. 근데 화장실 수압도 약하고 배수가 너무 안됨 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 청결도 - 화장실 변기에 머리카락이;; 이불도 하얀데 드문드문 머리카락 투성이...... 편안함 - 객실 내부에 스파가 있어서 블라인드 치고 스파 하기엔 편함. 근데 물 받는것이 샤워기가 아니어서 처음에 욕조 씻을때 힘들었음. 침구류는 머리카락 부분을 제외하고는 푹신한 편.

온통 화이트~ 깔끔하고 모던한 숙소에 아담한 수영장엔 물놀이용품도 잘 갖추어져있습니다. 전망은 아~주 멀리 바다가 보이네요^^

대체적으로 만족했어요 :) 저녁에 고기 구워주는게 좋았어요 객실은 매일매일 청소해주셔서 깔끔했구요 수영장은 이용해볼틈이 없어서 ㅋㅋㅋ 아침 조식도 아주 만족스러웠어요 :)
