They jave the potential, but I think that for a pricing luxury hotel like this, they shouldn't charge for the nesspreso tablets in the room. Elementry. And if the room is located near a noisy construction site, they should notify about it before making a reservation.

Essa pousada é incrível. O ponto alto é a hospitalidade, os colaboradores nos fazem sentir como se estivéssemos em casa. As meninas do café da manhã são um show a parte. Cuidam muito de nós. Os pães, iogurtes, bolos, tudo feito por elas. Nota 10 para tudo!!!!
