Needs improvement ASAP

Double charged and not even informed on reception! Very old and very loud ice machines staying on floors right next to rooms so that you cannot sleep. Why not put them downstairs at lobby smth?? ATM from ancient times charges huge commission for cash withdrawals. Bathroom is old and water pours freely all around.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was hot and good every morning. It's just in a very bad neighborhood.But, I experienced no issues, and I will stay there on my next visit back. Very convenient to Hoboken and New york City

When we arrived and checked into our room the television didn't work and neither did the heater. We had to call the front desk and have someone come up to our room to try and fix it. She managed to get the heat to work but not the television. She did offer us another room slightly upgraded at no extra charge. After settling into our new room things were okay. However, after 9:30 p.m. there was a lot of noise from other people in the hallway and such. It was unpleasantly loud throughout the night and early in the morning. I would likely not stay here again.

We stayed for 3nights overall great experience. King bed non smoking very clean we loved the fire place. Breakfast daily, cleaning of room daily, free parking, and easy to get to NYC from hotel. We would definitely stay again and recommend others. There are some good local restaurants near by as well as local stores, liquor stores, Walmart, McDonald’s etc. great area overall.

Overall experience is good and room are good maintained/cleaned on daily basis by the service staff and air conditioning is perfect working but unfortunately breakfast is not up to the mark and same breakfast very day which is not satisfactory. Recommend to change the breakfast menu which will attract more visitors to visit the hotel experience again. And also enough parking space

A REASONABLE ALTERNATIVE TO NYC HOTELS

WE TRIED TO FIND A HOTEL WITH FREE PARKING AND INCLUDED BREAKFAST NEAR TO THE TUNNEL AS WE HAD AN EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT IN NYC. THE DAYS HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS QUITE WELL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IN THE ROOM WAS THE NOISINESS OF THE HEATER. THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED EGGS, FRESH BAGELS, MUFFINS, JUICES, YOGURT, ETC AND WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED. WE WERE ABLE TO GET TO THE TUNNEL IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. THE HOTEL OFFERED BUS TRANSPORTATION TO THE CITY SEVERAL TIMES IN THE MORNING AND EVENING FOR $10 WHICH WE THOUGHT WOULD BE A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO DRIVING IF WE DIDN'T NEED OUR CAR IN NY.
