My only complaint is the complimentary breakfast lacked variety. It was only pork available so we had to go out every morning for breakfast during our stay. Please try serving turkey and fresh fruit.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations and left us very dissatisfied. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. There was only one person working at the front desk who seemed overwhelmed, and the rest of the staff were neither helpful nor friendly. I was particularly shocked by the behavior of the front desk staff member with long hair, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, our room was not clean, and basic amenities were missing. I had to wait for hours just to receive towels after requesting them multiple times. This is simply unacceptable.To make matters worse, there was a mistake with our reservation, and we were forced to cut our vacation short and leave in the middle of our trip. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
