Great place to stay in the meadowlands

I found this site and this hotel had great reviews so i decided to take a chance and stay here....so glad that i did. We were going to NJ for long weekend for husbands birthday. He wanted to go to the American Dream mall. The hotel provided shuttles to the mall that was super easy to do and such a money saving from parking fees. The shuttle driver was great. They came in 10 min of calling to be picked up or dropped off. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing...Norma was at the front desk and super helpful, funny and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a full breakfast..eggs, waffles, fruit, sausage and fresh bakery items from a local bakery. If you want a hotel close to the attractions this is the one for you. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel staff were nice and efficient. The room was clean. The breakfast was good as well. Very close to American Dream Mall and Met Stadium, along with many other things.

Hotel is nice overall!

Hotel was truly fantastic except for one male front desk employee who couldn’t have been more dismissive and condescending during 3 separate interactions throughout a two-night stay. He should probably change careers. Simple polite questions conveyed, short defensive “you are stupid” responses each time. Two dysfunctional room key cards after a busy day 2 prompting a visit back down 5 floors to the desk should prompt at least a mild “sorry about that.” Instead we got “ID,” and new key cards slapped down on the counter. Complimentary breakfast was good and well organized.

The staff at front desk was excellent so nice and friendly we felt very welcomed the hotel was nice and clean our cleaning lady was so nice didn’t get her name but very nice breakfast was amazing couldn’t ask for more only one little comment one of the staff was mad her comment was in Spanish saying she was mad because she had to restock the food and people are eatting to much which we felt that was kinda rude but no hate

Easy and ample free parking. Rooms and lobby very clean. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Although the morning breakfast buffet can be crowded, the selections and quality of items were impressive. Free coffee and tea in the lobby a bonus. Free shuttle van to and from the American dream mall. A short drive down the road leads to chain restaurants, independent restaurants and cafés. It is a short five minute drive to the American dream mall where parking is five dollars. I would definitely stay here again.
